The manager doesn't care if you've been sitting patiently to ask some questions on your account because he'll try to look "busy" behind the computer in his office. That is, until someone he knows comes in and suddenly he can't wait to "help" that person. Are you kidding me? I just got up and walked out. Why would the management leave a customer sitting there without even attempting to help, but suddenly be free when a friend walks in? This is terrible customer service!
