  This is a very clean movie theater. The prices are the same as any other movie theater. But I like how it is in the mall so you can go to the food court and eat then go see your movie. They also have an Imax theater and that's a plus for us when we go to the movies.

  Wow! What a huge movie theater! It offers valet parking which is great since the mall parking lot is always packed. The best parts are: 1. It's consistently clean. 2. The comfortable reclining seats.

  I went to 10:55 AM American Made movie on Sunday, 10/8 and was asked to reserve a seat. The customer person said that this was new now and you have to reserve your seat. I spent an extra 5 minutes arguing because I didn't want to do this. Consequently, I was stuck between two people that I did not want to sit by. Also, I hate these stupid lounger seats. They hurt my back. If this is the future of movie-going then I won't be going to movies. I'll wait for it to come to Verizon and stream it then. I will no longer be going to your movie theater. This idea sucks!

  Nicely run theater! Projection is usually very sharp and sound quality is excellent while not being overly loud. AC is usually set just right so you are comfortable but not freezing. First show is usually discounted; recommended!!

  I like how they have it set up..
  But.. they have a bunch of ill mannered children running the place..
  They hardly check tickets. Now I understand you can't always stop people from sneaking in but when a customer comes to you and says look their is people in the movie theater screaming and yelling and carrying on and stopping other people and including myself and my family from enjoying a movie you paid $45+ dollars to go see then you should do your job. It was nice until the people who snuck in the movie's starter acting a fool.
  THIS ISN'T the first time either matter of fact the last time we went to see a movie 3 weeks ago before the issue lastnight was the same EXACT same issue..
  People acting like fool's screaming and yellow and carrying on.. also constantly seeing their cell phone light's. We ended up walking out of our movie after I had brought it to their attention what was going on and they did NOTHING.. they didn't even come inside to check at all.
  
  I don't get it..
  I thought the employee's would do their job and ensure a fun and memorable experience for their customer's..
  Really disappointed

  Beautiful theater and the staff was okay but I don't suggest going here to watch a movie any time other that day time. On any given weekend there will be a group of people talking from preview to credits, talking to each other loudly, yelling at the screen, don't even bother to turn their cell phones on vibrate, literally talking on there phones. I will never go back. Nice seats but there are a lot of theaters with the same seating in the area now.....
  Funniest thing about my visit tonight was that I personally told the manager about the constant loud disturbances twice and he was unable to do anything about it. The people were literally running up and down the stairs stomping their feet with each step. Awful experience. Do yourself a favor and either go for a matinee or go to a different theater.

  The theater is very spacious and beautiful inside. but the parking is small and hard to find spaces. I like the good line where you self serve with trays and drinks for easy pickup.

  Very comfortable seats! Good choice of eating options and things to do before/after as well because of mall and casino. Didn't appreciate the comfort of leg room and reclining seats until went to another theater.

  We went to view War on the Planet of the Apes. We attended a matinee with 3d viewing. Everything was easy. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I Would go here again

  It's always busy. But environment and people are really nice. Kinda dirty on busy hours but overall it's really good. Seats are comfy and sound it's good. Time to wait for the movie starts it's like 30 mins which is good, you won't miss the first part of the movie.

  I have always liked this theater. The theme is very cool and I'm glad it didn't change under new management. I have never had any problems here.

  My only complaint here is the traffic. That is to be expected, given that it is at the Arundel Mills Mall. Parking can be a bit of a beast, but if you don't mind walking from the Casino, the upper floors of the garage are usually easy to get to and park in. (to anyone worried about the casino, it's perfectly safe- well lit, easy access to help, etc)
  
  There is so much that is right here, however. The floors are clean- in a decade of coming here, I've had a sticky floor. The food offerings are the best I've had at a cinema- both in terms of quality and choice. I'd even compare it to like having a dedicated restaurant in the cinema, it's that good.
  
  The cinema is also attached to the mall, so if you get there and buy your ticket a bit early, you have some good ways to kill your time. The mall food court is also a great way to eat a bit cheaper, and its not too far away.

  This is a nice theater though, like nearly all theaters today, you'll pay plenty more for your $0.50 worth of popcorn (or other treat) than you will for your ticket into the show.
  
  The sound and screens are excellent, the theaters are clean and the decor is interesting.
  
  If you are looking for a nice setting to see a movie, look no further than this Cinemark theater.
