We had a wonderful experience working with this team of wonderful people. Mark helped make this whole experience easier on our family. We would definitely use them again.

We had a terrific experience with Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge. Because we were out of state, we handled everything by phone, and they exceeded our expectations when we arrived for our visitations. We worked with Mark Brohawn, who provided excellent customer service and followup. The deceased had already prearranged the desired services, which made it very easy to walk through the checklist with Mark over the phone and confirm the items and ensure things would happen as expected. Mark explained every step along the way and even came up with a way for the great-grandchildren to participate in the interment process. His selection of the pastor for the occasion couldn't have been better. Mark Waddell of Catonsville United Methodist presided, and though we had only met him on the evening on the visitation, he did a wonderful job of personalizing the service by studying the obituary and sharing some of the stories we had sent him. Overall, the experience with Gary L. Kaufman and the care they took at every step of the way couldn't have been better.

They were very helpful for my boyfriend it was a hard day for him but they helped him the lady that helped us that day drove us to his grandmother's grave and explained her believe about the bell there so he rang it
