Food is decent, I've eaten there on weekends, weekdays and at all different times. Eat on a week day everything is great including service. If you eat there in a weekend the food quality suffers as well as service.
The food was surprisingly good! My wife and I were caught off guard with how much we enjoyed this place! Their choice of sauces was great and they were all wonderful! No beers on tap though. Service was initially fast, but it started to get busy and the service took a nosedive. Had to ask twice to get our water filled and waited 15 minutes for our check from the time we asked for it.
I eat here a few times a year and I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always served hot and tastes great. Service has always met minimum standard so all around a great place.
Quick service. Good food. Good drinks. Had a macho burrito that tasted great. Chips are a little too thin to support any substantial amount of salsa on them but tasted good. Busy place!
I have only been at Chuy's twice. Dining in for two people has been fast and easy both times. We were seated without wait. Food has always been great and great prices. A good spot to go for dinner when you want some Tex Mex food.
Have eaten here often and always had great service and food. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only negative is the parking sucks.
☆We city rode the bus over so I didn't have to worry about parking! We went to happy hour for a friend's birthday so we had a great time! The waiter was great and the food was great! They had a free self serve nacho car/bar, which was a great free appetizer!!☆
My family comes here often and we enjoy a good meal. Typically prompt service and my kids enjoy dining upstairs. Sometimes parking can be tricky when it's very busy but we can typically find a parking spot fairly fast.
I went with my friend to lunch here. This is a regular place that we like to have lunch. Today as the server was at our table I was drinking the tea and noticed a dead roach in my tea. All I ever drink is unsweet tea. I told the server and she got the manager and took the tea with her. The manager asked if he could get me something else, now why would I want to get something else if I just found a dead roach in my tea. I will not be going back there.
They were so nice, my waiter was very sorry that they did not have the Saturday night special and ran out of the beef for the tacos, he suggested an amazing chicken with an egg and boom boom sauce! It sounded different and I had to see what it was, I ate that like it was my last meal, so so so good!!! Also when we got here it was my friend's birthday, there was probably a good 45 minute wait but we were able to snag an outside table pretty easily and our same waiter made it easy and just let it slide, cool people, great spot!
Chicka Chicka Boom Boom is the best thing here! The chips and salsa are always fresh and the staff is pretty friendly. Everything I've had here is great.
I only visited to pick up our To-Go order. The restaurant was lively. At about 630 pm there was a decent wait to get a table, judging from the number of people between the doors and the hostess station. The food was good. the fajita beef burrito was awesome, but I could only eat about 1/3 of it. when they say "as big as your face" they weren't lying. Overall good place to eat some Tex-Mex food.
Love the 7th St Chuy's. The staff is always friendly and if you are lucky enough to get Jacqueline as your waitress, she is awesome. If you haven't tried it, the BOOM BOOM sauce is great and be sure to ask for the creamy jalapeno sauce with your chips and salsa.
My waiter Gage, is amazing. Great service, he gave me great suggestions on food. I picked Baha Tacos that he suggested. They are amazing. A must try!!! Couldn't ask for a better experience. I will come back and ask for him as my server again.
