Recently had my Lincoln repaired at this location after my insurance company recommended them. We have previously used Diamond for our vehicle repairs, but I decided to give Church Brothers a shot. I was not disappointed! Caitlin and Stephanie at the front desk really know their stuff and helped me with every question I had about the process (sorry for the incessant phone calls girls!) George was the one who handled my repairs and kept me updated the whole time. Not once did I worry about what was going on! The repairs came out beautifully and my vehicle is yet again flawless. Thank you Church Brothers for such an amazing experience in what could have very well been an extremely frustrating and stressful situation.

Liars! We took our new vehicle for a repair following an auto collision. They stated that they replaced everything with parts direct for the auto maker. They did NOT. Aftermarket parts were found on the car after one went bad. Charged for the price of direct from factory parts & given cheap junk. No integrity. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!

I went for estimate on replacing the front bumper cover or a way to have it reattached they were able to reattach the cover in 2 minutes and I was on my way. The personnel there were friendly and ready and able to help. George Kristoff was very courteous and helpful.

If you're considering using this shop for a collision repair, think twice. While they're very friendly and fairly organized, their quality of work and paint work needs some serious help. The bumper cover they replaced and painted has orange peel to it. The hood they "repaired" instead of replacing doesn't line up right and has paint issues. To make matters worse, when we picked our vehicle up, it had a deep scratch on the passenger rear door that happened while the vehicle was in their possession. They agreed to fix the scratch at their expense, and ended up re-spraying the door. However, in the process they left over-spray in the door jambs and on bottom trim. I've attached photos of their work so you can see exactly what I'm talking about. If you want your paint work done right, find another shop.

Can NOT say enough great things about this location! My mother recently had her vehicle repaired here and they took excellent care of her! From Caitlin at the front desk to George in the back, she never once felt uneasy or confused about what was going on. I will ALWAYS refer Church Brothers in Avon! Thank you for making this process so easy for my mother- it was one less stressor for her to worry about! And the car looks amazing!

If I could give 100 stars, I definitely would!! I cannot even begin to explain the amazing service we received! Josh and his crew went above and beyond. Josh's attention to detail and outstanding service took away all of our headache that im certain we would have if we had gone anywhere else. I highly recommend Church Brothers in Avon. Thank you for taking such great care of us and returning our car to us looking brand new!

Rude and unprofessional.would/will never use for any kind of repairs. I called the Avon branch and spoke with a gentleman who stated they could give me a written estimate if I brought my car by. I asked if I needed to do anything and he said just bring the car by and it would take only 15 -20 minutes. I stopped in around 5:10, I knew they closed at 5:30, and as I began to speak with the lady at the front desk I noticed her coworkers, three gentlemen, who were standing around behind the counter had vanished. The lady at the front desk said she couldn't do anything because they were closing in 17 minutes. I was taken back at how she or Church Brothers were not willing or even tried to help me. I told her I would take my business elsewhere, f they are not willing to help, at which she replied, "OK." I would never recommend this location to anyone. Apparently, the employees at this branch don't care about customer SATISFACTION at 5:13.

Church Brothers did outstanding work on our 2015 Ford Transit van, which had been rear ended and very heavily damaged. This vehicle is a new design, and they had not repaired one before. The quality of their work was exemplary. I closely examined the welds made in the repair in key areas and they were indistinguishable from the factory welds on the opposite, undamaged side. To top it off, the paint looks beautiful, and also appears as good as factory new. They had the van detailed and it drives perfectly. We also deeply appreciate their professionalism and good communication. My wife and I highly recommend this excellent body shop!
