This is a quality organization with true professionals on all ends of the operation from the responsive and competent administrative assistant to the owner and crew supervisor to the very thorough crew members. They performed a major foundation repair and house lift for me with the owner on site for the lift. My yard was left in better shape than when they came due to their thorough attention after the repair.
Their work is guaranteed and they returned a year later for me to check a sticking door by rechecking the whole house for level. They repaired the door, which only had a hinge problem. This is a company you can trust who will stand behind their work.
I am so glad that I chose Christopher Contracting for my foundation repair work. They were the best quality and the most reasonable price of the 5 estaments I received, from 5 different foundation repair companies. I am completely satisfied with the excellent foundation repair work done on my house, by Christopher Contracting, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair. They are all professional and courteous. It's like a good friend has come to your house to solve your foundation problem for you.
Loved working with Chris. He did an incredible job on our rental property. Above and beyond. Will use him again hands down.
I am so pleased with Christopher Contracting LLC's inspection of my foundation! I was concerned that the cracking I see at one outside corner of the house is indicative of a bigger problem. Chris assured me it is a minor cosmetic issue as to the stucco overlay only and not otherwise. I really appreciate his integrity - an unscrupulous company or contractor could have easily tried to turn this into an expensive project for me given my lack of knowledge about foundations. Chris was thorough, professional, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Christopher Contracting LLC to folks who have foundation concerns.
In San Antonio, the east side of the city is fairly well known for foundation issues, so we were surprised when a home we were selling got a hit on the buyer's inspection for possible foundation issues with the pier and beam room that was added onto a 30-year-old single story 2,400 sqft home on a concrete slab. Chris took a look at it and said while it's not the way he would have done it, it's clearly stable. In his words, it has attained an equilibrium, which if any modifications were made, would actually undermine the stability of a solid system that is performing well. He arrived on time for his appointment, was professional and knowledgeable. He created a report which we presented to the buyers and they were happy. Most of all, we were impressed with his honesty.
