Christian Brothers has always bent over backwards to provide quick and efficient service. They are honest and upfront with any and all problems they find while offering great advice and helping to establish priorities for maintenance when needed to work within budget constraints. They are very knowledgeable and polite and I definitely recommend look into them from your basic needs to stuff that is more complicated such as what I had to deal with my during my last visit.

The service I received was top notch. They dropped me off at work and even opened the shop early specifically to get my car in more quickly and to fit my crazy schedule. The staff is very friendly and sweet. As for the mechanics side of things, I was very disappointed when I received my quote. It was MAJORLY upmarked. I have plenty of mechanic friends who looked at the quote and told me it was unnecessarily high. I have been able to find quality mechanic work for less than half the price I was quoted. If you are willing to pay for the Amazon like customer support, then it's a great deal! Otherwise, I suggest looking elsewhere for more competitive pricing. I did appreciate the quality service I received and in that regard the company is deserving of 5 stars.

We went into this shop this week and were 20 minutes late for their last appointment of the day. They could have told us that we need to come back because it was so close to closing, but they said no problem, and even the mechanic came in and kindly said he would be happy to do the alignment for us. On top of that they honored a coupon that we had forgotten at home. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Very kind people.

I had a good experience. Nobody likes dealing with car repairs but the process was fast, and as painless as it could be at Christian Brothers. I especially appreciated that they had good communication with me throughout the process. They called me back with updates when they said they would (it's crazy how often other repair shops don't do this!). Their pricing was reasonable. The employees were polite and friendly. I would recommend them to friends.

Thank you Christian Brothers Olathe for taking such good care of my car and me today. You guys went above and beyond in your service. Last week they diagnosed my car for free. I had a pretty substantial oil leak and needed the valve cover gasket, spark plugs and boots replaced. The cost was very reasonable.
I called this morning to schedule an appointment and asked if I could get in today since it's my day off. They said if I could drop it off this morning they would work on throughout the day, they even shuttled me home. I wasn't home for more than an hour when they called to say they were able to work on it right away and it was ready and that they'd be back to pick me up.
They charged exactly what was quoted, went beyond my expectations and I am so grateful. Shawn and Steve, thanks for making me feel like part of your family. I would highly recommend Christian Brothers Olathe and I will definitely be back!

I dropped my truck off and told the service people that I had a misfire in cylinder 2, which I had previously diagnosed. They then charged $89.99 for a diagnostics fee, which I told them that was fine as long as they could tell me if the problem was in the plug or the coil of cylinder 2. They then called me back with information saying I had a misfire in cylinder 2 and I needed to change the plug and the coil. When asking for the break down of part and labor, I asked if I could supply my own parts due to the costly amount they told me they would be charging (more than the actual Ford dealership), and they seemed upset that I would ask such a question. I then went to and bought a new coil, and replace the coil in cylinder 2, which fixed the problem of my misfire. I noticed the clip that attaches to the coil doesn't fully clip in now after they messed with it (I'm not saying they broke it, but it worked before I took the truck into them).

I'm upset that I paid them over $100 to tell me a problem I already knew, and already mentioned to them. Therefore I will not be recommending them to anyone. i would call around to other places, and do research before calling Christian Brother Automotive.

The service at Christian Brothers is quick (surprisingly quick!) but at the same time the work is done right the first time and they are great about keeping you updated on how the work is going - no surprises. Prices are good, too. Highly recommend!

I've been using Christian Bros. in Olathe for all of my auto service needs for about 12 years now. They are always friendly and courteous. They are honest and trustworthy, and they do excellent work. They tell me when something needs to be done, or if it can wait until a later date. If something does need to be done, they carefully explain what and why. There are no unwelcome surprises with this shop. If they're working on the vehicle and find something additional that needs to be done, they call and explain their findings, what it will cost, and they always get my permission before proceeding. I highly recommend this shop.

I had an appointment and I got waited on right away. I waited for my car and the work was completed quickly. I liked how the staff came and discussed their recommendations with rationale, but did not pressure me to have the additional work done the same day. I also really appreciated the fact that they pointed out available discounts to help keep my costs down. Everyone was very nice and seemed very trustworthy.
