  Disappointed.. I won't go back. I ask for beef in the engusi and peanut butter sauce and what little bit of meat I did get was hard and dried out, like the beef was old.. Could not even chew it. This pic is as soon as I got home and opened everything.. this is exactly what I got. The pies were not good.. just very bad experience. The veggies were cool and the vegetarian engusi was cool, nothing exceptional. Definitely not worth the money I spent. Small portions also.. 👎🏽

  I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for a couple years now for at least 3 times a month. The has been decent and things have been missed here and there but I’ve let it go until last night. I ordered a whole fish to be delivered as I’ve always done. Upon arrival, I noticed that only half of the fish was provided (see pic). I called to report the issue and was transferred to the manager. This supposed manager started by denying my report so I offered to provide a picture. After sending the picture, I called him again and that’s where he proceeded to call me a liar and that his kitchen never made a mistake. I don’t need a free food and consider myself to be conciliatory so to be called a liar for a piece of missing fish is not only insulting but demeaning. The manager seems to think he’s allowed to speak to people disrespectfully because the person sounds like him..

  Great atmosphere and staff is helpful since it was our 1st time eating cultural comfort food. Egusi & Efo riro stew was mouth watering with fufu! Food rich in flavor perfectly and we enjoyed eating with our hands. We’ll be back! & I’m spreading the word

  A friend invited me here on a Friday night to see his band play. I took my 6 year old nephew. We had a great time. The ambience, the customer service, food, drinks, EVERYTHING was amazing.. I had the lamb chops w/ vegetables (really nice sized portion) and a Tequila sunrise. I took my leftovers home and made some rice out of my cabinet with it the next day.. My nephew had chicken alfredo (his favorite..lol), and sprite, he loved it! The only bad thing I can say is it took a waiter a little while to come to our table, but I let the hostess know and she sent someone right over!

  Amazing vibes. The band was excellent, spacious venue, lots of people enjoying themselves, we danced, the food was authentic & flavorful. I look forward to coming back. Our bartender was Awesome & the life of the party. I also enjoyed the lamb.
