My wife and I board our pets here at the resort every time we go out of town. They offer daily training there as well. Amanda always does a great job training and keep all of our pets happy. Thanks again Chisholm Creek Pet resort for the GREAT job everyone there does for us. Bender, Gin and Feisty especially thank you!!!

WARNING!!!

We took our dog and asked them to keep her isolated from other dogs. When we picked her up she had kennel cough and they told us that they were not responsible for it and would not pay the vet bill. They then went on to say that they would quarantine the area off that she was in and clean it. She was very sick when we picked her up any physical activity made her cough which means they chose not to get her medical attention and then chose not to pay the bill when she got sick. When I called and asked them to pay the vet bill they said it was like taking your kid to school and having your kid catch a cold. When the vet said we would be fighting this for awhile and all of our pets may catch this problem. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!

My 6 year old pitbull Callie loves Chisholm Creek. She always gets very excited when we pull into the parking lot.The staff is wonderful and seem to really enjoy their jobs. They are always extremely friendly and happy to see Callie. I like to sign her up for a bath after boarding and she always comes home looking and smelling fantastic. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone who wants their dog cared for by loving and knowledgeable people.

We took our dog there for supervised doggy day care. He came back with a tennis ball in his stomach. He then required major surgery to remove the ball and has had to have several vet visits to help with the problems. At this time point he still can not put on weight. The response I got was that sometimes dogs eat balls. Never happened at my home. We do not have balls for that reason and the fact at their training class they said the dogs should not be given balls.

I absolutely love Chisholm Creek Pet Resort and their staff! Every time I even utter the word, "Chisholm," to my dog, he gets excited a runs towards the garage. It's my dog's home away from home. It's great for every part of my dog's needs: boarding, grooming, training, and even day camp!

WARNING READ BEFORE YOU TAKE AVERAGE TO SMALL DOG FOR TRAINING!!
1st I like to say Beth is one of the best regarded trainer in our area! One on one training she remarkable. When it comes to large dogs she outstanding. . If I was doing a review for her one on one and her knowledge it would be a 5 !!!

We have a Scottish Terrier who has fear aggression which started when I took her to puppy socializing class. Our Scottie was in a class with a boxer, golden lab, golden retriever, Rottweiler get the picture of 9 week old Scottie that's 2 inches off the ground. During socializing the bigger dogs would toss our Scottie around like she was rag doll toy. She would go running under something and wouldn't come out. At the time I had no experience or knowledge. However I research prior to getting our puppy to find best trainer and we lived a hour and half away. I failed to ask how her knowledge or experience with smaller terrier dogs. I writing this review several years after we attended socialization and obedience classes. Our Scottie very fearful of other dogs to the point her responds with fear aggression. When she was approx 7 months I took her to a dog expo and she was fine until a boxer came near her and with no warning she attack him. I contacted Beth and she said she would love to come work with her one on one FOR FEE $130 per hour. Fortunately there is a animal behaviorist in our family but he lives in another state so he was unavailable to work with her. After discussing it with him we were able to trace back to when and why it began. He explained during time of development when she had large dogs ruff play that it embedded fear in her. How very important that puppy is not exposed to fear at all but especially in 9-12 week time and trainer should been aware of the bad environment. After much positive training our Scottie is fine unless a dog is in her face.

Our Golden has been training and boarding at Chisholm since we got him in Feb 2016. Henry loves to go for overnights training play dates it is truly awesome with a great staff. Thanks to all of you
