Go no further in trying to decide on a contractor to do your stone or masonry project. Sam Gates and his crew of workers do excellent work for a very fair price. Don’t be fooled by low ball cost estimates. You won’t be happy in the long run. Sam can help you with ideas to help your project. He’s good with coordinating your existing construction with current project and other ideas that are within the current building codes… Sam knows them well. We are VERY happy with the work and the attention to detail. Pick Sam! You won’t be sorry you did!

Sam was very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend him for any masonry job. Excellent work and very efficient too. I was impressed by how clean the workspace was after completion of the job. The workspace was left cleaner than before. Overall I am very content with the job he has done.

Sam and his crew at Chiseled Stone were great to work with. They do a high quality of work and go out of their way to make sure the little details are taken care of - we threw Sam a curve ball when we added a second wall after permitting and he diligently communicated with the city to assure both walls could go up together and on- time and within the permit

If you have masonry, stone, gate work I would highly recommend Sam and his crew at Chiseled Stone - very affordable and high quality

This was not a large job but Sam did not hesitate at all to look at it and take the work on. His team was very polite and professional. They showed up as promised, completed the work in an efficient manner and cleaned up the site as if they were never there. I would recommend them to family and friends and use them again if needed.

We highly recommend Sam and his team. He was professional, on time, true to his word and they cleaned up after the project was completed (one day project). He went above and beyond our expectations on our block wall repair. We have already recommended Sam to our neighbors and will hire him again for our future front porch remodel.
