Placed an order for delivery and waited all was well until the delivery driver came back to tell me that whoever did the credit machine only charged me 6.20 when it was a $65 order. But then after he got pissed off at me because I didn’t tip the guy but like seriously that’s all I had in my card. Tipping driver is OPTIONAL ! Us customers don’t need to tip if we don’t want to. You’re getting paid with your check at your job. Food is not good at all spicy chicken wings are disgustingly battered with NO FLAVOR AND NO SPICINESS . HORRIBLE SERVICE EVERYTIME THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN! YOU PEOPLE ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO WAH SANG. Food is always fresh and hot! NOT ONLY THAT SERVICE THERE IS 10000x MUCH BETTER. Don’t bother wasting your money with these bunch of rude high charging inconsiderate assholes.

Ordered the number 6 combination plate you could clearly taste that it was old reheated food the rice was terrible took four bites and couldn’t eat anymore worst ten bucks I’ve Ever spent I’ll be ordering again just to make sure it wasn’t a one time thing because all the great reviews but as for this visit 1/5

UPDATE 9/20/17 - After having crappy Chinese food from every other place I've tried the last 3 years in lowell i can say THEY ARE DEFINITELY THE BEST AROUND FOR CASUAL INEXPENSIVE CHINESE FOOD. Huge portions for price and never a bad experience. Honestly I can't remember better Chinese food overall anywhere.

This place use to be one of the best joints..went every week. Then something changednew owner, new peopleI'm not sure. The food is not as fresh anymore, the people have more attitude, and the service is slow. I ordered a few times and waiting..nothing yet, so I ask what's going on and it turned out they never got to my order! This happened more multiple times. Something wrong here. I went from going every week to going once every few months.I'm not going again for 1 year. One thing I give credit is that it's still better than most of the Chinese place around here. If you want to try a great place, go to "China East" on Roger St. They are good!

Went a few times already. Guess today will be the last. Experienced very nasty plates and cups. You can imagine the kitchen is not sanitary. I ordered "kitchen" oyster, suffered the diarrhea so far.

I usually order from this place every other week either for pick up or delivery without no problem. But tonight I went to pick up my food order with my daughter. The place was quiet. While we was waiting to be ring up one of their chef start to yell across the counters speaking in their language and was giving me a mean stare for no reason. The owner was there laughing along with the other chefs. My daughter and I never felt so uncomfortable. Never again Im going there. You just lost me as a customer.

The food here used to be very good but the consistancy has been going downhill. The flavors seem to be diminishing a little bit more and more each time i order. I order a ginger and scallion 32 dollar lobster meal atleast once a week and either they have a new cook or forgot how to make it because it is no longer my favorite. Maybe they lost their cook and they are in the process of training a new one so I am going to give it 3 stars for now but if it keeps going downhill, those stars will too. Come on china town, come back in town!

Best Chinese food in the area. The place is always busy which is a good sign. But we mostly enjoy their takeout. Good food!
