Woman at counter had a bad attitude and was giving me dirty looks whenever I asked for something as if i was bothering her but then was nice to the next person. I guess you are not treated well if your not a regular costumer. Terrible costumer service and the food is mediocre at best.

They only get 1 star because no stars aren't a thing! Food isn't that great to begin with first of all. Secondly, when I ordered my food they went to the wrong address when I even ran the order over with the person taking the order. Gave my address twice and they still got it wrong. The driver forgot the bottle of soda and instead of leaving the food I PAID FOR with me, they left to go back to get my 2 liter, which took them OVER 20 mins to do! Called the driver AND restaraunt more than enough times than I should have to, to then be told that I'M NOT ALLOWED to wait on MY property for the food I PAID for! Asinine!

I use to order from this place alot the food was alright and it got me through the day. Now they seem to have hired new people and it is all down the gutter. 1. The person who answers the phone is extremely rude when you ask her a question. She cuts you off when your ordering, and she has an attitude during the whole ordering process as if she is bothered that I am ordering from China House. 2. The food is now either salty, undercooked, burnt, or not fresh from the way its tastes. I strongly recommend else where, until China House changes a better staff.
