  The server we had was nice and the food was ok. Not great, but ok. However, after we were seated with our toddler in the back of the restaurant in a high traffic area by the kitchen, another employee complained to us that the high chair was in the way. We did not seat ourselves and the hostess knew there was a small child who would need a high chair. To make a comment and have us feel like we were somehow at fault for being in the way was out of line and totally unprofessional.

  "I want my baby back baby back baby back". I was trying to look for the Chili's venue in the Office but I figured out it wasn't an actual Chili's restaurant. I ended up here and loved their service. Ordering and payment is high tech. You just swipe your card to the machine on the table.

  This location has recently been remodelled and the menu updated. It is still just an average, family friendly chain restaurant. The service is adequate and attentive.

  Food was good and the service had a genuine feel of excellence not for money but to provide good service. Not sure if it's because the area is nicer and upscale but I wish more places in Los Angeles could be this well served.

  The food at Chili's has always been decent for the price. As someone who is sensitive to dairy (milk) products, it certainly would be nice to have more than three things - one of which has to be made protein-style - I could order and enjoy. If you're looking for decent food and decent prices, you can't go wrong with Chili's.

  Our waitress was excellent and the food was delicious my only problem with Chili's was when I walked in the smell of the restaurant it smelled like the floor had been mopped with a dirty mop and water so it didn't have a fresh smell to it other than that the experience was very good

  Great service great prices and lots of TVs! Service was great. happy hour prices prrfect on a Sunday afternoon with football! No Dodgers on TV here though.

  Bad management... the bar section is constantly a disorganized area when it comes to tending customers... only one waitress to the area and with the most incompetent attitude and attention to customers.... and the manager does not care.

  First impressions for this Chili's location was great. We came Sunday for dinner we don't have to wait. Our server ( Janine) really nice and professional and the menu is improved, I love the honey Chipotle and waffles and I asked if I can order the waffles only she said no because waffles is special imported from Belgium and the dont have for waffles only in the menu...we will be back😍

  I always have a great getting the happy hour half off apps. The only thing is sometimes the service can be a bit slow, but otherwise totally 5 stars, just the slowness makes it 4.

  First timer at Chili's and it was a great experience. The food I had was wicked good, plus it came with a side of corn on the cob which isn't normal in New England. That was a nice touch. The service was perfect. Highly recommend.
