Started with 1, then 2, now 3 kids at Children’s Lighthouse. I am very pleased with the quality of care and support we receive from the school. The teachers are experienced and exceptional. My son just turned 5 and is already ready reading Dr. Seuss and Bob books on his own. They also offer after school programs for elementary children and much needed Parents Night Out once a month.

Our 15 month old has been at Children’s Lighthouse since she was 12 weeks old and we have been so impressed with this school since day one! We had issues getting her to take a bottle during my maternity leave which made me nervous about starting daycare. Mrs. Brenda, the director, took the time to meet with me and my husband prior to our daycare start date to lay out a plan for how she and the teachers would support me and my baby with our bottle issue and also gave tips and suggestions that we could try at home. That meant the world to me and really eased my concerns. We had such a smooth transition with no bottle issues! I also love that through the Procare app I receive photos of my baby throughout the day as well as real time updates about what she’s eating (or how many ounces of milk she drank as an infant), what activities she’s participating in, diaper changes, and naps. I have loved getting to see her develop and mature emotionally, physically, mentally, and socially throughout her time at Children’s Lighthouse and I owe it all to each of her amazing teachers!

We love Children's Lighthouse of Oak Forest. Our daughter has been enrolled for only a few weeks but has already shown a noticeable improvement in her language and interpersonal skills. Her teachers and the staff are all so friendly, always greeting her by name with a big smile. The school also keeps us informed throughout the day via updates in the app, which is very comforting. The school work they do is also very appropriate for her level of learning. Overall, we are very pleased with our choice to send her here!

Our daughter goes here and they have been absolutely amazing to care for her. The teachers offer suggestions through milestones of growing, that has been super helpful for me as a first time mom. They care for every student and their parents night out is great too! We love everyone at children’s lighthouse. Highly recommend.

We have had an amazing experience at Children’s Lighthouse in Oak Forest! It all starts with a great owner and Alexis is amazing at making sure the staff and kids are treated well. Brenda has been a great director with responses for any questions or concerns in the appropriate time. The teachers our daughter has had all have been great and one of our favorites , Ms. Nessa, had been promoted to School administrator which we were so happy for her. Definitely recommend this school for your children.
