I don't often leave reviews but had to comment that Doug and his team were terrific during a difficult time. I would highly recommend Chicagoland Cremation Options. Mom passed away late on a Sunday night at an assisted living facility and his team was extremely prompt and polite. Everyone from the office was also fantastic and helped everything go smoothly, thank you!

Chicagoland Cremation Options handled my father-in-law's direct cremation. The staff were empathetic, kind, and very responsive to our needs during this difficult time. Their process was seamless and efficient. We definitely recommend Chicagoland Cremation Options for the care of your passed loved ones.

I contacted Doug about a week before my mother's passing. He is very kind and genuine as well as the entire staff. I was out of town when my mom passed, my daughter was with her. My mom dies the same night I left. I called a very dear friend, (my other mother) to be with my daughter. She was so impressed when the men came to pick up my mom at 2AM. She said they were polite respectful, careful and caring. Offering their condolences first thing. She has mentioned this to her friends. They accommodated my daughter letting her buckle my mom in and placing a flower on her chest. They did not rush my family so they could go home and sleep. Thank you, Doug and team for making this unpleasant sad time and process part of the good memories.

I would personally like to thank Damaris, Heather and Joyce for taking care of my cremation needs during this difficult time in my family. They were very courteous and sensitive during our grieving period and kept me abreast with the movements and actions concerning our dearly departed. I had to coordinate the arrangements from from out of town and the staff kept my point of contact in Chicago and I up-to-date immediately upon any action taken. The ratesWOW!!! I highly recommend Chicagoland Cremation Options for budgetary rates and professionalism to anyone!!!

I talked to Doug while Mom was on hospice care. His company was recommended by the hospice team. The rates were very reasonable. Doug was very helpful in explaining things and what they would do when the time came. We setup a plan. He picked up Mom after she had passed, it was a very dignified exit. I spoke to his team via calls, email and texts. Everyone was very pleasant and caring in my time of sadness. I am pleased with how they took care of everything for me including the final transport to the cemetery.
