They didn't have equipment to properly clean dryer vent. They bring a hand drill with a brush at the end. They turn on the dryer and rely on that to "force the air." This setup didn't reach all of my vent. What a joke. I called office and told them I was sending them home.

2. Before and after pictures shown outside register that was clean good
3. Main trunk could been clean better.
4. Personally i will try a different company.
5. Update 5/17 Just remove my filter and found on return duct dirty unclean area. People reading this please get a different company i added new pictures.

The team showed up well within the window, we’re friendly/ knew their stuff, and hog done quickly. Quality work it seemed like too. Will definitely use them again in the future!

I scheduled my appointment online. They arrived in the time frame. I was told what the process was and open to start in the area of the home I wanted. They were professional and respectful. Cleaned up after themselves. Gave suggestions for furnace care and duct care.
This was my fisrt time cleaning the ducts. We will have to let time pass to judge the full benefit of the service.
They workers Anthony and DJ worked very well together and they did a good job cleaning out each of the vents and return ducts.

Great, positive experience! The company was very responsive and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, about a day after I reached out, which worked out fabulously for my tight timeline. The crew was on time and completed all items outlined on the initial confirmation email, including before and after photos. The ducts were very dirty and I'm happy I got the service done and will recommend the company in the future.
