Me and my wife closed on a property 2 months ago and the property is still not legally in our name. Now when we want to take advantage of improved rates for refinancing it's not possible. I'm beginning to wonder how many laws are being broken and how I can recoup what this company is costing us.

Chicago Title is not top notch as they kept vital information from both buyer, seller and their agents. Please use another company that understands their fiduciary duty is to those at the closing table.
