I have used Chicago limo Inn service for 14 years. Drivers are always on time or early. Cars are new and clean. Taken to and from ORD and MDW many times and have chartered for business events in city of Chicago. I highly recommend!

I would highly not recommend using this company. I would have given them zero stars if possible. I reached out months ahead of my wedding to book a limo. I reached out to them a week before my wedding for them to tell me that they don't have any cars available even though we had previously gone through the type of car, how many people, the entire itinerary. Then the person had the audacity to blame me for this and say I was "slow in communicating and sketchy" because I didn't put down a deposit even though I was never asked for one. They are extremely unprofessional only doing things through text message. I would stay away from this one, there are plenty of other limo services out there.

I have used this Limo company on several times. They were punctual, and vehicles are clean. I would say that they meet my expectation on car service in Chicago that's why I decided to give them 5 STAR rating because their staff are always very helpful, and they do their best to satisfy my limo needs.

Let me just start out by saying that I'm not big on writing reviews,however I felt it was necessary to show my appreciation. first off, I will say that my overall experience in choosing Chicago Limos Inn was very pleasant. I regularly use these means of transportation for work purposes so I know a thing or two to look for which are:
1.Professionalism
2.Cleanliness
3.Friendly service
4. last but not least Punctuality

And I must say that they fill ALL of the criteria that I look for when I use these services.

my driver was on time each time. He was very accommodating and extremely friendly. I will continue using their transportation services whenever I may need it

As business owner in Chicago I'm always pleased with their car service for all my airport rides so far. Their drivers are always well-mannered. They always show up on-time for all my pick ups. I will recommend their limo services to all my friends and customers,and I will continue to use their limo service in Chicago.
