I went to Chevys on my birthday and let me tell you it was amazing! Their nachos were super yummy. I ordered soft tacos and they were amazing. After we finished eating, the waitresses and workers came marching in and saying a chant. They gave me a sombrero and a ice cream sundae to celebrate my birthday. Definitely recommend coming here. Amazing!

Food was lousy. It's noon and they are already out of hard taco shells. So they me one hard taco and "cooked" the soft taco to try and make it crispy. They didn't even let us know that they were out of crispy shells. It's not busy AT ALL and the waitress keeps disappearing. The shrimp and blue crab enchilada was stuffy with mushy stuff and BARELY had any shrimp or blue crab in it (think they did that on purpose). Only good thing was the bbq chicken wings (which they don't even specialize in). Just go somewhere else.

I've been coming here for years and only once had I ever experienced any issues. They were super busy, so that was to be expected. The food is always hot and made perfectly, the drinks are flavorful and varied, and the staff is always happy to answer any questions you have. I would have taken a picture of our meal, however, it was finished before I could even take my phone out.

Always a good experience here. Their beef and chicken nachos are very delicious and can feed 4 or more ppl. Chips and salsa is given once we sit. I highly recommend.

So I was a bit skeptical to come to Chevy's Linden because I had a bad experience at another Chevy's location. Threw caution to the wind and went on 9/15 and am SO glad I did.
Service: Perfect. We had Jacob and he couldn't haven been nicer and greatly attentive.
Food: Terrific. We had the empanadas as an appetizer and they were great. We both had the combo meals (Burritos (pork) and chicken enchilada's). They were both equally very good. The salsa that they brought out with the chips - OMG really really good.
Cleanliness: No issue at all even the bathroom
Manager came over to ask how our meal was and I told him about my experience at another location and was pleased that he gave the Linden location a try.
My friend and I have found our new Mexican food spot. Great job Chevy's!!!response / report this review -

Bar was nicely stocked. Beverages were poured well. Great happy hour specials (3-8 daily) Bar staff attentive. Food was good with the exception of the buffalo wings. They looked like shrivled up jerky on a bone, and didn't taste great either.

For having 18 people for lunch, service was great. Waitress was checking on us frequently and friendly. Meals came out hot and she got them all right

Good food. Great staff. Had Luis and Jessica helping us. They were very nice and helpful. Knew the menu and took a few minutes out to help us decide what to order. Large portion. Will definitely go back.

Good Food and Great Drinks, Me and my husband always come here for dinner but this time the the Chicken Tacos was terrible & dry. But the Manager Francisco noticed i was not eating my food and offered to bring me something else. Thank You Francisco for the hospitality and making sure I had a tasty, pleasant dinner that I could enjoy.

love Chevy's! we drove up from Brick Township today because we terribly miss the store you guys had there! everything was great, food was hot and fresh, bulldogs went down real easy. come back to northern Ocean County!

It's a chain, so I know to make some concessions right off the top. First, I ordered my appetizer and entree at the same time, assuming my appetizer would come first. Nope, got them both at the same time. Server was only somewhat attentive, then when I indicated I was done and needed the check I barely had room on my small table because none of the food was removed to give me room. Overall the food was not bad, it just did not blow me away (empanadas app, Mesquite chicken fajita entree). I'm not sure if I would come here again, but I would also not discourage someone from trying it, either.
