  This was my first experience with Cherry Creek Tailoring and Alternations. They did a good job getting the correct measurements and fit of the bridesmaid dress I had them alter. However, I am very disappointed with the finish product and customer service. The bridesmaid dress is satin. When they used the chalk to measure it, it left stains on the back of dress. When I mentioned it, the guy told me it would come out if I scratched the stain. He showed me and I did it as well in the store. After trying to scratch out the stain from the chalk they used, the fabric actually looked worse. When I mentioned it, he said it was my fault. He also said, “you’re not the bride, no one will look at the back of your dress” and then he was basically trying to get me to leave the store. He offered no other solutions to fix the stains nor the scratched fabric. I am disappointed because I was never told that the chalk they use could create stains on a satin dress. They are the experts, this should have been mention before chalking up the dress. I am also disappointed in how they addressed the issue when I picked up the dress—basically putting blame on the satin fabric and myself—not on their poor work. You also pay up front for their services and I was never offered a discount for the damaged finished product.
  
  I won’t not recommend this place for any alterations with difficult fabrics.

  My favorite people ever. I have a weddding to go to in 2 hours and forgot to get my pants done. I can’t make this up, they did this for me within 45 minutes I can’t believe it. I love them, definitely going back (maybe in a little more advance lol) for my next event coming here soon. Thank y’all!

  The tailor seems very knowledgeable, He gave a clear, professional opinion on what is possible and not possible or consequences for my request. He stopped me from ruining my good jacket by over-tailoring it. I respect professionals who would tell me the best possible option that came from their experience instead of doing anything I request regardless just to make a quick buck. I respected his professional opinion and will be coming back for my tailoring needs in Denver.

  Great family owned Tailor. I Have used them several times. They are prompt, professional & fairly priced. Ask for The Alex special.
