  Contacted them to come out to evaluate our kitchen aid refrigerator. They sent tech out, he was here a few minutes (charged 99.00) said wasn’t sure if it could be repaired. A couple days later the office called and said it needs control panel rebuilt for a cost of around 1k. We approved the quote. 4 months later we called to ask status and they didn’t know anything about it and furthermore the tech wasn’t sure if the suggested repair would even fix the unit. So we did gamble 1k on whether not it will work, we didn’t take that route. Contacted Adf appliance they repaired in 3 weeks for 350.00

  Blue Ridge A&H to anyone shopping for an appliance. Lewis searched their sources and found the specific model we were mainly interested in. The delivery guys were pleasant, on time and did a great job of moving a big refrigerator through some tight spaces. We will definitely use them when another appliance is needed.

  I was in urgent need of a stove. I had ordered one from Best Buy and was told it would arrive in Dec. Then told it got sent to the wrong warehouse. Then told it would be delivered within the hour and then told fifteen minutes later it was in Atlanta and THEN ten minutes later told that it was backordered until June!
  
  I called Blue Ridge and Lewis got back to me right away. They were able to sell me a gas range that very day and it will be delivered and installed next week! They were understanding, compassionate, professional, nice and real heroes. If you are tired of being mislead and disappointed by the chain stores, use Blue Ridge. I get that some people have a bad experience and rush to post negative reviews (check out mine) but we should speak out when things go good as well.

  I recently purchased a range from Blue Ridge Appliance. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in aiding my choice of equipment. Price was reasonable. Installation went smoothly, I am happy with their work. I had a small issue with my range(factory defect), and they helped me get replacement parts with no hassle. I would do business again without question.
