Dave and the guys work very hard to keep this park tip top. Great cabins and a beautiful view. Highly recommended
Nice clean park. We enjoyed our stay.
Great place to go if you love the beach and trails. We went searching boat wrecks and lighthouse ruins. Had a great time!
Fairly rustic. Sites have some trees separating them. Power available on sites. All sites appeared to have easy access to water stations. Bath house available & well maintained but only 2 showers each for men & women. Miles & miles of trauls but bo onsite beach. In park beach is about 2miles from the campsites & is very small.
Sites are a little small. They really need to add more showers. Nice sunsets. Park kept clean.
Quiet campground, older but well kept. Very nice campground host. Been going there for the last 25 years or so. Nice place for the bridge walk.
This is a beautiful State of Michigan Park with camping, trails and a beach on Duncan Bay off Lake Huron. The campground is clean and the staff are fantastic. Quiet hours from 10 PM until 8 AM are actually quiet at the campground. I've found Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to be the least busy days here in the campground, but even now, on Friday morning, I don't feel like the camping is crowded as most sites are fairly large. The bathhouse is cleaned 2x a day but there are only two showers for guys and 2 for gals. It's also a beautiful spot, with Duncan Bay on one side and Lake Huron on the other. Enjoy your stay
Camped here for two nights in July. Campground is pretty nice, there is only two showers for the entire Campground but aside for that line, the campground was great. There are trails to ride or hike out to the lake. The office sells firewood and ice. It definitely was a great place to stay
Nice State Park, good facilities and a beautiful view over the lake. There are a few walking trails and you can borrow games from the gatehouse (ladders, horseshoes, balls etc.) Would like to see some more private sites for those of us in tents and not RVs!
Beautiful scenery, friendly camp hosts and DNR staff. A very enjoyable experience!
Nice beach with an older playground, real bathrooms and a great campground.
Love this place. We stayed at the rustic cabins, 14 shoals. You are right on the beach, great sand and a great view. There are trials for you to go walking on or just hang out at your beach.
Took the boyscout Troop camping here in one of the two available TeePees. They had a blast!
