I live in Chattanooga, have been here 13 years, and this was a dismal experience yet again. Holiday travel time and they only have one line open for security and not even enough agents to check the bags they stopped after X-ray. Almost 90 minutes in line and we, along with 9 other people, missed our flight because this organization can’t plan properly for higher volume travel season. Several other people were also very angry because the absolutely unnecessary security delay caused missed flights. Absolutely unnecessary and just another reason why I will never fly out of this airport voluntarily again. This has happened to me on multiple flights, but this is the last for me. The boarding gate staff was extremely nice and helpful though. They were able to book another flight out of ATL for us, although we have to drive to ATL because no more flights had seats available out of Chattanooga. The airline staff was incredibly helpful, but the TSA staff ( with one exceptionally professional agent) was rude, condescending and showed aboslutely no sense of urgency or concern for consumers at all- not that we expect it from that agency. Just another reason I would rather drive to ATL or Nashville and Chattanooga can’t drive business to our area.

Hannah and Jessica at the Delta terminal check-in did an amazing job of helping me get my luggage. My flight was cancelled due to fog and all baggage was backed up from Atlanta due to the power outage there. These two (and I think maybe afew other anonymous "helpers") had my suitcase hand delivered 1 1/2 hours drive from Chattanooga airport! I did not used to have loyalty to any particular airline. Now I love Delta!!

The CHA airport is so small but I see that as a great thing! It's nice to not feel overwhelmed when you walk into an airport. The staff is friendly and checking in is easy! Parking is simple. The whole airport is super great!

Wonderful experience every time. Cops are pretty chill and let you idle if a flight just came in. The staff has always been friendly. Small selection of food but there's only 4 terminals so this is expected. Never experienced a delay or cancellation.

Small airport. Typically no long line at security.
From time to time, the long term parking will be close to be full, meaning long walk to terminal.

Other drawback: Delta has bad habit that close the gate but park airplane outside the gate until Atlanta allow them to land/depart. This way, Delta still score high on ontime departure. Flight is only 25 minutes, but they always schedule like an hour, so they will be ontime arrival.

I think Delta terminate the delta connection. Thank you. No more "OLD CRJ plane". MD88 is better.

Parking is close, security is quick and a breeze. Perfect to hop on and connect to Atlanta if in a hurry via Delta. Staff is always friendly and helpful in any area you find yourself in. Safe and secure in parking area as well.

Easy flight.easy in, easy out. Snack bar is great addition, good food and good prices. Beautiful views when flying out or landing at this Airport. Great layout.watch planes land, quick security, rentals close by. Very clean facility.

Lovell Field is a great little airport. Low stress. Very nice inside. Close parking. Short lines. Good amenities. Recently updated with new color scheme. Very fast internet. Good and improving air service.

I really like this airport. Been through Detroit, Minneapolis, Atlanta, etc. And MUCH prefer the size of Chattanooga. Parking is close, facility is easy to navigate and there are sufficient amenities. A positive experience all around.

It's tidy, cozy and placid. The most important thing is the adjacency to the Greyhound station. Although its size is small, the dome appears magnificent. You can have a relaxation after staying on the bus for hours. Besides, the operation of the solar panel is showing to the people, which implies that it's environmental friendly. The shortage is the price for a breakfast. However, the waitress I met is fairly pretty even at the first glance😍 and that makes up for the shortage.
