  Extremely poor service!!! “Opened “ a business account 3 weeks ago and still didn’t received any information. Went to the branch and they couldn’t find my account 😳😳😳 and few hours later received a voice message from them to tell me they they now found it!!!
  Called the branch several time to try to obtain the details and nobody ever answer those phone calls !!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  I am a Chase customer, soon to leave them and move my accounts to Wells Fargo. Am cancelling my Chase Visa card too. I was closing on a house I own in IL. Quit claiming it to my son. The closing officer wanted to have a a copy faxed to her to verify that the signitures were correct, before the originals were overnited, and could be corrected. This would guarantee a timely no delay closing. Yolanda Garcia, personal Banker of Chase said no, it's against their policy. No even to verification of correctness. I went down the street to Wells Fargo, Christopher Romero said it was againt policy to Fax important signature documents but because it was for verifying proper exicution of them and the original copies were to be overnighted they would help me. They have EARNED MY BUSINESS. Thanks Wells Fargo.
