Went on the Morris Lighthouse tour this morning. Most fun I've had in years. Dolphins and all sorts of wildlife everywhere! Beautiful scenery, and Captain Joe was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and a great host! Will be doing this again, for sure.

My (6 months pregnant) wife & I did a morning, two-hour tandem guided kayak. Our guide was Jake. We had an amazing time! Jake had clearly been doing this for a while and was very knowledgeable about the estuary we paddled. He was passionate about the wildlife and shard that passion with us in the perfect casual but informative way. The wildlife we saw was incredible, including a group of three dolphins very close to us. This was 100% worth the money and we would do it again in a second. If you are in the Charleston area, do NOT miss your opportunity to see this very unique southeastern natural wonderand I can't imagine an outfitter better to do it with.

I have gone here for years and have never been disappointed! Making reservations is easy and everything is ready to go upon arrival. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they give safety and instructions as needed. They will advise routes to take based on tides and will even change your gear if the winds are too strong (SUP to kayak). They can work with large groups and the prices are on target. I often advise people to go here to get some good water time. I do advise going earlier or later to avoid the mass traffic flow to the beachI'd recommend before 11 and then after 2ish.the staff can help you plan around traffic as well :)

We loved the 1.5 Eco-tour with Captain Joe! He was professional, knowledgeable and personal. My children (4 and 2) were made comfortable on the boat and we got to see several pods of dolphins and we also learned much about the local wildlife. The other staff members were also friendly. My family and I would definitely return for another tour. Thank you for a wonderful experience! :)

We came out and did the sunset/moonrise kayak tour. I knocked off a half star because our kayak steering mechanism broke halfway through, but Ill round up! The staff was great and the views were spectacular.

My husband and I did the 3 hour paddleboarding rental for a fun anniversary activity and had an absolute blast! The staff was so friendly. They got everything set up for us, explained how to do it and helped us in and out of the water. They were very knowledgeable about the area and showed us where we should go. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area, maybe next time for a kayak tour! Thanks Charleston Outdoors!

Even though I have lived in Charleston for over half of my life, I had never been kayaking. I was very anxious taking my 7 year old son out on the kayak with me being a novice. The entire staff eased my anxieties! Jake was our tour guide and he was awesome! He was very patient and informative answering all of my son's questions. Bowen's island is also very beautiful!

First time seeing the ocean and we got to walk out by the lighthouse and find beautiful shells to take home with us. Luke was the BEST. Very knowledgeable about everything in the ocean. He promised us to see a Dolphin and would not quit until we did. He went above and beyond. When we take our next vacation to South Carolina we will be doing the boat tour again and probably the kyayk tour as well. This tour is worth every penny and would highly recommend it to everyone one.
