My brother and I were up in eagle River to musky fish for a couple of days. Every year we take a trip in November and always choose chanticleer inn. The rooms are the clean and the people are nice. I recommend them as they are also in a prime location on the chain.

Great views on the lake. Good fishing. Rooms are kinda small, but are okay to spend time in. No breakfast served, but you can get dinner at the restaurant.

An extraordinary mix of modern convenience and classic allure. Astounding views 2 lakes to enjoy. Meticulous grounds and lodging. This was our first stay and plan to make it back annually. Thank you Chanticleer Inn for a fabulous week!

Chanticleer In has a wonderful atmosphere as well as great food and drinks. Enjoyed my visit there and they accommodated our party of 8 without trouble. The views out back we're very scenic.

We stopped for supper an route to another location. Although it was later in the evening (after 8 PM) we had to wait for a table even though the dining room was not full. We waited a good ten minutes before the waitress came over to bring us water. The ambience was nice and the facility was well maintained. The host was very pleasant and all the staff were friendly. We were seated at a nice table overlooking the water. After our order was taken we received our food timely. The food was very good although a little pricey for a Friday fish fry.

Maybe because it was 4th of July weekend? Out door patio service was slow and food was expensive and over done. Condiments were out and they made it sound like we were putting them out when we asked the to refill them. A novelty from the water.

Beautiful lodges and condos to rent right on Eagle lake and Voyager lake. Access to dollar lake which is the most georgeous lake in wisconsin. Great place to explore the chain and more.
