In the heart of Maysville downtown, great food. The sweet bread with dinner is the best. It broke my friend's paleo diet. Went back next day for lunch too.

The ribeye was excellent! Best steak I’ve had in years. The atmosphere was great, spotless, beautiful decor. Staff was polite, helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Awesome food awesome service!! We just had a rehearsal dinner with 25+ people and the service was great!! The food was out of this world!!! Best!!! I recommend chandler's to any one on the area!!! A+++ GREAT PLACE GREAT FOOD GREAT SERVICE!!!!!

So disappointing! Went there because rated no 1 on trip advisor. Had Reuben and steak sandwiches in which bread was so greasy. Corned beef on Reuben was tough and not much and not much sauerkraut. Mostly cheese and a huge hunk of cheese slid off sandwich to side of plate. Steak sandwich wasn't anything special and not worth the money. Homemade chips were saturated in oil, didn't seem fresh and had no flavor. Inside dining was dark and dingy so opted for patio. Only one table was in shade and was occupied so only one table had umbrella and we had to squeeze together to try to escape the sun on a hot late afternoon. Chairs are NOT for dining as you had to sit on edge with no cushioning. Staff was super friendly but that is only good thing.

Everything was fantastic! From the great rolls to blackened chicken on my Greek Salad. My son's hamburger, etc. Really good for my whole family.

The atmosphere is beautiful and the food is nice too, though, if you order fish BE CAREFUL! I've had a few times where pieces bones were in my fish, other than that, Chandler's is a quaint restaurant!

Nice place, ordered 14oz ribeye medium rare and was major rare. Didn't send back just ate it until I couldn't anymore. Also Little too salty, but did have a good flavor. Salad was OK as was baked potato, kind of hard to mess that up.

The food is usually always excellent here. The biggest problem that we've had is making slight alterations to a menu item like "no bacon on my wife's chicken dish" but it ALWAYS comes with bacon. This has happened many times on various menu items. When you alert the server staff about it they pretty well blow it off. The gumbo is amazing! The sweet tea is indeed sweet! Great setting and atmosphere.
