I can not stress enough how professional and courteous the Chance Bail Bonds team was to me and my family. During an extremely difficult time, they were able to make the process smooth and easy. They worked with us on getting our money back from another bail bonds company that refused to help us. Then, they posted the bail within 30 minutes of us meeting with them and filling out all the necessary paperwork.

If I ever need a bail bonds company again, I will be sure to use Chance Bail Bonds. They are really the best in the industry! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

I had never had to call for a bail bonds before, so naturally I was distraught when that time came. I had no idea what questions to ask and who to call first. I googled and started calling based on who was closest to me. Of course all the websites said open 24/7 however three of the companies never answered or called back. Two said they don't work between the hours of 2am-9am (yet their website said to call anytime) by the time I found Chance Bail Bonds I had almost lost all hope. I had called and re-called so many Bail Bond Agencies that I had to right a list just to keep track of who I spoke with, left messages for and was told they couldn't help me. I called Chance and spoke with Elena. She was so kind and understanding. She listened to me and went out of her way to help me. Catherine met me to post the bail. She was lovely. So kind and personable. The court actually made an error while posting the bond and Elena drove all the way back from Manhattan to ensure it was corrected. I would never want anyone to have the need to use a bail bonds agency but should you need to, Chance is by far the best place to go. I am forever thankful to Elena and Catherine for all their help.

I recently (and for the first time) had need of a bail-bonds person. I contacted several who didn't seem to want to work with my unique situation. When I contacted Chance Bail-bonds, my experience was completely different. They were extremely helpful and went far out of their way to help my family member who is in a difficult situation. I would recommend that you contact Chance Bail-bonds first, you will save yourself a lot of time and you get get to work with really great people.

My family and I have never had to call a bail bonds company, so we were completely lost. However, after making several phone calls to different companies, the Chance Bail Bonds team was by far the most professional and knowledgeable group we spoke to. They were courteous, answered all our questions (even after calling more than a dozen times), and most importantly, very professional. We are hoping we never have to call a bail bonds company again, but if we do, we will certainly call Chance!
