Got our counter from this company, and I can’t say enough good things about them. Good communication, lots of pictures each step of the way, which was good because we are on the left coast. Attentive to what we wanted, patient with questions and changes. And came well boxed for protection. In place, looks more like a piece of art instead of a counter. Highly recommend them. They are true artists.

My experience with the entire Chagrin team was spectacular. They explained the process. They helped me select the slab of wood. The sent me epoxy samples. The level of customer service was the best that I have had in years. The table is spectacular. I could not be any happier I highly recommend the entire Chagrin team. Thank you for everything.

Zach and his team represent a top notch organization that specializes in live edge epoxy custom furniture. The quality of their work is incredible and their willingness to go the extra mile is noteworthy. I had an uplift L shaped live edge epoxied desk out of black walnut built, delivered and installed. I liked it so much and was so happy with the results that I had them complete some black walnut live edge boards I made into floating shelves so I could make certain they matched the desk because they would all be in the same room. I cannot recommend Chagrin Valley Custom Furniture highly enough.
