Certified Inc. Is a great business. They gave a fair price and got the project completed with no delay. They arrived on time in the morning and were done by the afternoon. I'm happy with their work.

Certified did a fantastic job with the installation of our new roof! The team was SUPER quick and very tidy. The owner was on site whenever needed to answer any of our questions and propose better solutions to the unique issues our roof presented. Highly Recommended!

Certified Inc.has a wonderful crew. I cannot believe with our complicated roof line, they were able to finish and clean up in one day. I understand that while we did have a perfect weather day, they had a steep and many angled surface to work with. The crew was efficient, polite, and very tidy. Please pass on our thanks.

I contacted Certified Inc for a leaking skylight. They scheduled an appointment and confirmed the day before. Steve (owner) came out to take a look along with Javier (foreman) and they quickly identified the problem and repaired it. Additionally, they took the time to give me some things to look out for as the roof ages. Top notch repair work, communication, and overall made the experience easy. Very professional and highly recommend Certified Inc.

I contacted Certified, Inc for a Roof Installation, Ridge vent and Attic Fan. The owner came and was so professional and very pleasant. He showed me all of the different types of materials that i could choose and explained the warranty that I would receive. He took time and explained how all of the work would be done. No pressure to sign a contract for the job. The crew was right on the schedule time and the job was finished on time as promise. They were very professional and the work was performed to perfection. As for clean-up my neighbors and I would not believe that I had work done. Certified and their crew did such a great job I had them to replace windows, siding, gutters and storm doors. A huge garden window in my kitchen, a big bay window in the front and replaced all side windows. Again it was done to my satisfaction and the same crew was amusing. Call Certified for any roof or outside work on your home. THEY ARE. AWESOME

I have used Certified twice for exterior remodeling and am completely satisfied with their work. I've had them replace my roof, siding and shutters, all windows, doors, sliding glass doors, and gutters. They have been 100% professional throughout the entire process and have been absolutely wonderful to work with. The exterior of my house looks amazing and I am so pleased with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone over any other company. Thank you, Certified!

I'm a contractor but we don't do roofs. I've used certified on several project for houses we've renovated and sold. They just did the roof on my house. Their prices was excellent, service even better. Roof was done on time, no change orders. Crew was professional. I have kid/dog and clean up was important. When they were done, you couldn't even tell they had been there. I couldn't more strongly recommend

We got a very positive referral from our son who used Certified, Inc. several years ago. Certified Inc replaced our roof, flashing, trim, gutters and downspouts. Their attention to detail and working within their clients’ objectives have been evident from the initial sales transaction to the final project completion and detailed review. Each of the people that we have met from sales and contract options with James; removal and replacement with Javier; and trim, gutters and downspout work with Carlos has been handled well.
We had concerns with previous leaks on the original flashing that Javier was able to assess and provide additional flashing for future protection. An afternoon / evening rain came during the re-roofing, but Javier and his crew were well prepared and no damage occurred.
The crews were very detail oriented, and did not hesitate to ask questions when appropriate and explain options when necessary. Their work product is impressive and superior. Employees were courteous and respectful of our home. I would recommend Certified Inc as a top notch roofing company.response / report this review -

I have been shopping for the my roof replacement for several months, but I always had a conflict with the Quality vs Cost Vs Warranty, but this is the only company that offered the best material for a low cost with quality workmanship and excellent Warranty better than anyone. James who does the sales in very knowledgeable and the owner Tom is always a phone call away. A total of 10 people in my street got all our roofs replaced with Certified, you can understand the level of confidence all of us had in the company and they indeed exceeded our expectations. Iam sure their business will grow 100 folds in the coming days, indeed a rare breed of High Quality, low price , excellent customer service and wonderful warranty.

They did my roof and gutters totally. James, the manager, is very responsive. He replies to your question(s) with email, phone call, message almost immediately even he is on a trip. And they won't collect money until everything is totally done. Their price is reasonable considering the good warranty of both material and installation. Recommend this roofer.

From start to finish, Certified did a great job on my siding. They originally estimated four days, but they actually did it in two. On day one, ten guys showed up like an army and stripped off the old siding. By the end of the first day, the job was almost done. Everyone I met was knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. The final product is great. Considering the amount of debris, they did an excellent job cleaning up as well. Siding looks beautiful and I was pleased with the price. James lived up to his promises and the whole experience was very pleasant. I would highly recommend them. There are a lot of bad companies out there, but certified is not one of them.

I was very impressed with everyone from the salesman to the crew that did the work. Great quality of work/work ethic. They worked after dark and in bitter cold/high winds to finish before an ice storm. Great company.

I was very pleased by my experience with Certified. After my roof and skylight were replaced, I was not satisfied with the type and design of the skylight that had been installed. Instead of being difficult, Certified worked with me and replaced the skylight with one I preferred free of charge (involved significant re-installation work). Their high customer satisfaction rate is well deserved.

Price was in line with other very good roofers in the area. Certified was selected because the warranty they offered was superior to the others without any additional cost.
The work was excellent. I've already received many compliments from the neighbors. The crew that removed the old roof and installed the new one was great. You could tell they were experienced and well skilled. The all important clean-up is what you would want as well.
I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a quality roofing job.response / report this review
