We had an excellent experience with CertaPro. They painted the entire exterior of our house, including the stone facade. The job was flawlessly performed, and the end result was stunning. I read several poor reviews and was somewhat nervous to proceed, but this company far exceeded my expectations. The painters were hardworking, respectful, professional and kind. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and I will recommend them to everyone!

We had the best experience! We bought a house and Jessica the general manager came out to give us an estimate. She was knowledgeable and responsive. She also scheduled the work for us in a timely manner and the house looks great. Highly recommended Jessica and her team!

We absolutely love our house after the amazing work done by Efrain and team. From the start, Jessica was on her game. She helped concept a color scheme and pointed us in the right direction. I got another quote prior to CertaPro and they were going to charge me double the price and paint my house. Well, Jessica noticed instantly that our house was stained, not painted. This level of expertise is what’s needed, especially for new homeowners that don’t think of these things. Despite unpredictable weather, the team was transparent and communicative, which made the process easier. The end result is gorgeous. We are so happy to not have a nasty yellow house anymore. We could not be happier with how our house and deck turned out! We were kept informed during the project. Leo and his crew went above and beyond with power washing the deck, it looks brand new! Jessica was really helpful and is very knowledgeable. The project was done quickly and very well. Thank you so much!

Matt and his team did a great job. Matt was very timely with his quotes, they were reasonable. His team showed up on time, did a fantastic job, were polite and cleaned up completely when they were finished. We have already used them for a second time on new projects and would do it again in a heart beat. I very much recommend using this group.

Couldn't be happier with the results! Painters were very knowledgeable and helpful. Taught me allot about upkeep and just information on my house in general. Jessica was also great to work with, and was able to keep me informed daily on the constant changes due to so much rain and storms in the area and was able to get it done within a week of the estimated date.

We worked with Jessica to get our house stained. It had been a long time since it was last stained and it needed 2 coats and some additional work. She worked with us to get a price that fit our budget and work that would give our home a fresh new look. Francisco and his crew came in and did the job in 3 days. There was a little problem with some of the finish work, but Jessica took care of it and after a couple more hours, the job was done to our complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Jessica, Francisco and CertaPro to anyone looking for professional exterior paint and repair work.

Terrible customer service! The manager, Jessica, rarely returned phone calls, rarely responded to emails and rarely answered text messages! I asked her to call to set up dates to paint but it took three weeks for her to respond even though I left numerous messages😡. This is terrible service! I am going with someone more reliable!!!

The CertaPro subcontractor who did our fence and deck had paint droplets and overspray in our pool and on our pool equipment. We had to have the entire perimeter of the pool repainted - at our expense. Now, not even 2 years later, the stain on the deck has work away and it looks terrible. We have no children or pets and it gets minimal foot traffic. New franchise owner is telling us that he hates to be the bearer of bad news, but we're screwed. Read the fine print carefully, people. Bottom-line - do NOT contract with CertaPro!
