  Working with CertaPro Painters was a great experience. Hannah came out to measure my home and go over what we wanted as well as explained CertaPro's process and timelines. She also worked with me when the paint needed was nowhere to be found, and worked fast to get the products. Not only were they able to start 2 weeks sooner than estimated, then they called to see if they could start a day earlier than that! When it came time for the painting to happen, Fernando and his team were incredible. They confirmed colors for rooms before beginning when they weren't sure, which I greatly appreciate. They were fast in completion, and extremely detailed in their work - all the edges and corners were done neatly. You can tell they take pride in their work and doing a fantastic job. We had also just had new floors put in, and there isn't a single drop of paint that got on them. 5/5, 10/10, A++, I will absolutely recommend and use them in the future.

  We were so satisfied with CertaPro Painters of Lewisville, from their salesman Mark to the 3 young men who did the work. We have never had a company give a great quote then get the job done in 3 days. We had all of our ceilings done also the master suite & bath, and dining room If you put everything away the job is done much faster. They covered our floors totally with paper so when they cleaned up they left nothing behind.
  Very pleased I recomend them highly.

  Chris came out to bid work and found other areas we could not see to repair and paint which was very helpful and needed. Painting Team: Rene and Jose were prompt and extremely polite and conscientious carefully moving, covering and taping areas to protect furniture,walls and floors(wood/carpet/stairs). We have very high vaulted ceilings requiring extra effort to reach, protect, scrap, plaster and paint . We requested all painting to be performed by hand brush not sprayed making to job even more difficult with 20ft vaulted ceiling. We have had painting contractors before but none as careful and as conscientious as Rene and Jose. All work, both inside and out met and exceeded our expectations. 22 yrs in this house and you can Believe the companies motto and we highly recommend Certa Pro and will be using them again on our next project.

  Our first initial interaction with CertaPro was with Hannah, she was phenomenal and super professional. She came into my newly purchased home and went through everything with me and was super helpful. I was between two companies and because of Hannah I went with CertaPro.
  
  My next encounters weren't so great with the painters themselves though. I was told that they were going to come between 8:30-9:30am to start painting. I just got off my third shift and raced over to the house to meet them. While waiting i just fell asleep in the car, I was asleep for a while and the next thing you know its 10:00 and no painters in sight. I called Hannah, and she told me they had car problems, eventually they came, and I finally left after walking through the house with them.
  
  They we're FAST, which was a plus. When I walked through the house, the painters were still hanging out to see what else they needed to do. I noticed a lot of paint runs on the fire place that they just painted and they fixed it immediately. They gave me the left over paint which was half of a gallon for the trim and just a tiny left of the wall colors. Then I noticed that they missed a whole little section on the skylight, that used up all the left over paint The house overall looked okay, you can tell that it was a fast job. There is still left over paint on the flooring as they didn't cover it well enough. There are paint runs in parts of the house that were already dried. There was outlet covers taken off and not replaced, our blinds and two clips and the sheet that covers it taken off and not replaced. I can't replace it either because a clip is missing. They used our brand new broom and it has paint all over it. Buckets that weren't theirs also used and covered in paint. It was too my understanding that our personal items were going to be moved to the center and covered, they weren't.
  
  Eventually we got moved in and started noticing missed spots in the house and over sprayed the beams on the house. We contacted the company immediately, took pictures and sent it to Hannah. Scheduling for the painters to come back was a nightmare. Alhena would try and call me almost last minute and try to schedule. Once it was Friday, we couldn't do it that morning because we had movers- then on a Monday, called to see if they can come at 3 or 4. I asked which one so that I can work it in my schedule since I have two full time jobs, she never called back. Called on a Tuesday morning wanting to come at 12 when she called 9. I couldn't do that because I had work at 10. Then we finally agreed on a time, 8:30 Saturday morning, a time that the painters also set.
  
  I was set to go into work at 9 but I wanted to walk through with the painters and my boyfriend so I pushed back work until 10. At 8:30 there were no painters, I texted the number, then called at 8:45 no one could be reached. 9:15 the painters called me telling me they had car troubles again! I was furious, but the rescheduled for 2. They didn't show up until 2:40 without any updates until I messaged them at 2:30. They came in and started with the missing paint on the trim. Then asked where was the other paint that was left. My boyfriend told them that they didn't leave anything but the trim color and they were badgering him as if he was lying about having extra paint The beams that were over-sprayed was "fixed" by spraying just a normal brown spray paint can over it. Not all the over sprayed was fixed but it looks better than the parts that were majorly bad.
  
  Aside from my experience with Hannah, I actually wouldn't recommend CertaPro at all.

  Will definitely use them again! They painted my old wood paneling and it looks beautiful. Professional, talented and dependable - hard to find all three in a contractor these days. Hire them!

  The CertaPro team did a fantastic job stripping the paint on our kitchen island and then staining it. It looks amazing and we could not be happier with the results!

  Andrew and Dillon painted the exterior of our house and did an excellent job. They both were very courteous and professional. We will definitely call CertaPro Painters for our interior needs.

  Certapro is a fantastic resource if you need any painting or plaster work. They are very responsive to questions and have excellent customer service. The crew that did our work was super; they are tremendously professional with attention to small details that make a huge difference in the quality of the work. I will absolutely be using them again for any future work!

  They painted our exterior (2 story) and replaced the rotten wood. The fireplace was difficult, but it looks great. The crew was friendly and took a lot of pride in their work.

  A+ in every way. The ability to freehand baseboards and thus not have to use tape on wood floors is amazing. Our crew was right on time, clean as a whistle, so pleasant and professional and they have mad skills! My husband is not easy to please, but he thinks this was terrific and said he'd use you all again any time.
