  We used FCS based on the recommendation of a relative. They had a major foundation repair and were very happy.
  
  We dealt with Jesus and loved him! FCS did a wonderful job. They were on time, did a thorough job, cleaned up, and left us with a level house again. They were happy to go by the engineer's report we had. They did not try to talk us into a higher price job that differed from the engineer's recommendation, like some other companies did..
  
  We could not be happier with the quality of work, their knowledge, and the wonderful customer service! We appreciate a job well done for sure, but the friendly, courteous, and high level of customer service was a real plus. Thank you Jesus and FCS Foundation!

  Gerado is very professional and shows up on time. He provides a estimate report in a timely manner. His work for foundation is very good quality. He's an honest man with the work he does.

  I'd gotten a few estimates for foundation repair from several companies, and I'd postponed repairs for years because none of them felt right. It came to the point where I had to get repairs done ASAP and while googling again, I found FCS Foundation. Gerardo D. came out for the inspection, and he was thorough, accurate, and made me feel comfortable right from the start, and I'm glad I went with them. From Gerardo, to the foreman Alfredo, to Hilberto, his dad, and the rest of the crew, everyone was great. They were courteous, polite, attentive and took care of everything from A to Z. I also want to mention Mario, who came in for the lift and final inspection — he did a great job, too. Thank you, FCS!

  The FCS crew was fantastic! They got to work digging 21 holes for the piers and 3 of the holes were on solid concrete slab. They were efficient, kept the area clean, dug up shrubs and then transplanted them. The crew was courteous and operated like a well-oiled machine. They covered their shoes when they came into the house for readings. They took the time to adjust the exterior doors. Rodrigo was very professional and very confident. He gained my trust by explaining every detail and gave me assurance that he knew what he was doing. Another company gave me a bid and recommended piers be placed on the opposite side of house from Rodrigo's recommendation. I trusted Rodrigo because of his confidence. I'm so glad I did. I couldn't have asked for better service. I would recommend FCS to anyone.

  Rodrigo and his team were very knowledgeable and professional. Rodrigo explained every detail of the foundation repair work to my team. Work was started on time, clean-up around the property was done as promised.
  I will be glad to recommend FCS.
