Jordan Blankmeyer (Service Advisor) and his team were excellent to work with. I was pleased with the quality/quantity/frequency of information they provided me while my vehicle was in for service. I most appreciate the fact that Jordan dealt with me honestly, and did not push for service on the car that wasn't needed. I will definitely return to Centennial Hyundai for any future service needs so long as I live in the local area.
I went in for a specific car I was able to find online. I met with Jesse, Mark, and Gilbert and their customer service was far beyond my expectation of "going to the dealership." I felt no pressure what so ever and those three went the extra mile to work with me and my situation. After all the paperwork was signed and the dealership closed, all three of them stuck around afterwards to teach me all the features of the car. They also set up a day where they could go into more detail on how the car works. It was definitely a great experience!
The sales staff I've worked with were professional and respectful. Even though I started out looking at a new vehicle, they were helpful looking at newer lease return vehicles. I appreciate their assistance in letting me understand all my options and letting me be in charge of the transaction. It was the experience that I want to have while car shopping.
Bryan Sasloff has been our service advisor at Centennial Hyundai as far back as I can remember going to the dealership. Although our two cars are 10 and 8 years old and require repairs in addition to the routine maintenance from time to time, Bryan takes the time to explain what needs to be done. My wife and I are retired and Brian does his best to make the financial impact as painless as possible by spreading out the service appointments between our two cars.
Although we have been considering trading in our two cars for a new one, I am reluctant to buy anything but a Hyundai, primarily because of Bryan and the service department at Centennial.
So for the time being and as long as Bryan is at the dealership we will be bringing in our 2008 Santa Fe Limited and 2011 Sonata Limited Turbo for scheduled maintenance.
I went in to the service dept. the other day, to book a service appointment for my wife's car..... everything was pleasant for the most part.... there was one booking person who was difficult to deal with, but I had the name of another person and he went above and beyond, and was VERY helpful and answered all of my questions and put my mind at rest for our service issue.... the shop looked very well maintained (this is important)..... I will write another review when the car has had it's work done..... I'm a mechanic, but sometimes you have to resort to the dealer to get Hyundai parts and to complete the job quickly and correctly with (hopefully) well trained mechanics.... as my time is rather limited this month and her car needs it's maintenance as she uses it constantly and depends on it..... (I will follow -up with an after review)
I had a great experience! Courtney was the best, she worked with me until I got what worked for me. She never gave up and did not leave me with a feeling of being pressured into something that was in my best interest. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming.
My wife and I have bought 4 Hyundai's at Centennial Hyundai. We appreciate the respect and professionalism we have always been shown. From buying a new car to getting oil changes we have always felt taken care of. I recommend you go to Centennial Hyundai and ask for Joseph Jacoby. Tell him Bob & Kim Tracy sent you.
Always love the visits to Centennial Hyundai because when I leave, my Grayce always runs and looks better. After this oil change she was running much smoother and all my power supply was restored. (Fuse out) Alex and the Service Team are the best in Customer and Car Care Service they treat Us like family and always have a smile waiting. Thanks for always thanking great care of Us.
Great service! They fixed my oil pan timely. Had to post another review 9/30/17, Changed to 5 star from 4. I went and got my ac serviced...i couldn't believe it no deductible!! they replaced my compressor and discharge hose at no cost, not to mention gave it a wash. Needless to say it was a good day for me. Thanks guys!!!
This was my first time buying a car and they made the experience effortless! Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to inform me on every step that we took. I also went in with a USAA car voucher for any military or family members and there was no hassle. Customer service was amazing and they cared about our time as we didn't want to be there all day. Our sales guy cut straight to the point and got me in a car at a great price! Our sales guy Dominic even went the extra mile to help get the car detailed as they were short staffed and backed up in that department. Overall it was a stress-free and pleasant experience I would recommend this dealer to anyone and I love my new Tucson!
I have used and been to Centennial Hyundai before. Previously I chose this location because it was convenient and close to my house. I have since moved further away but still chose to come to this location. I called a closer Hyundai location to get the recall work done on my vehicle but in the end I chose to come back to Centennial Hyundai because of the initial customer service interaction. When I called the closer location, they seemed frustrated with me that I was getting recall work done. It was apparent over the phone so I could only imagine how obvious their frustration would be when I turned my vehicle in to them. When I called Centennial Hyundai, you could tell the individual over the phone was willing and happy to help me out with an immediate appointment. First impressions are always the remembered impressions!
The location itself is great! Very friendly staff, large waiting area with provided drinks, and clean! The wait time was a little longer than expected but I didn't mind based on the quality of customer service I received.
Took my daughter's Sonata in for maintenance today and was Alex took care of us. He greeted us and asked what he could do. When we told him the problem, he first tried to troubleshoot it. He quickly found the problem, told us he would order the part and also informed us of four recalls that needed to be taken care of. Alex's customer service skills were by far some of the best I've experienced in a long time. He didn't act like we were bothering him like my vehicle dealership down the street. If everyone in the service department is as amazing as Alex, I may consider a Hyundai as my next vehicle purchase.
The stars are for the service department. I went in to get an oil change and some recalls taken care of. We were heading on a trip. They had my car all day. We left the next morning on our trip, my husband happened to just check to make sure things were done and the air filter hadn't even been looked at. We weren't even sure the work was done. We took it back when we got back in town and supposedly they changed things and fixed them. Both times the washer fluid was empty not even filled up. I was frustrated as they promised things would be taken care of.
We ended up getting a new car and I took it on a trip. One of the tires kept reading low. I kept checking it on the trip. I got back in town and stopped by the dealership to get a car wash and have them check the tire. They didn't wash the car that good and said the tire was fine. I took it to another place the next day because it was still reading low and they found a huge nail in the tire. That made me angry because if I kept driving it with the nail, it could have caused serious damage. I don't trust the service department here. Never know if the work is getting done or not.
I like the sales people, they are great and take care of us. We have bought several cars there and had good experiences. They work with us.
Had a great experience buying a car today. Courtney was my salesperson and I think she realizes that developing a rapport with a customer goes a long way when deciding to buy something. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. I actually had some reservations about some of the terms she showed me at first… but she was polite, asked good questions and listened… trying to figure out why. When she got to the core of my issues, she was able to present me with new terms that helped make my decision a lot easier. If you want an ally to help you buy/lease a car, ask for Courtney.
New salesman knew absolutely NOTHING about the car he was showing to me. Okay, he's a new, young guy, so no big deal, I give him a break... he's new to the job, right, so no worries.
I'm fair, I'm very cool about it.
The sales manager (who came over to talk to me because this was my second visit to the dealership.... aka, serious about buying a car) also knew nothing about the cars, couldn't answer a single question about the car and I was telling HIM information and facts.
He says, wow, you're thorough.
Yup, I am. I'm about to spend forty grand on a car, of course I'm doing my research!
So, useless sales manager wasted an hour of my time and was only interested in getting free show tickets from me.. well, that was a huge turn off.
After that, I decided IF I were to return, I'd deal only with Courtney, a knowledge, courteous saleswoman, whom I met on my first visit to that business.
She's running around, taking care of buyers while about 15 useless sales guys huddle in a corner yukking it up together.
Not the way to sell a car, gentlemen.... not at all. Thumbs down for the men at this dealership.
My wife and I had been looking at a Genesis G80 and we pulled the trigger on one the other day. We worked with Courtney at Centennial Hyundai and she was extremely helpful. The car is amazing.
1. They take and hold your license and car keys until they try to convince you into signing.
2. They throw false, too good to be true deals at you when at the end youre right back where you started...3 hrs later.
3. You will see a total of 3 people while trying to strike a deal. First a guy from the outside playing the sales manager. Second a guy from the inside playing to be his manager, and third, another guy from the inside playing to be the managers manager.
4. When all sales pitches are exhausted, they throw silly things at you like free carwashes, unlimited oil changes, stuff that dont really matter coz dealer service departments are always too full anyway.
Save your time and go to findlay honda instead. Atleast there, they treat you like you actually know something.
I worked with Chris Rashbaum and he took care of me and got the down payment I wanted and payment I wanted
I'll be back to buy another one from him I liked how he wasn't pushy like most salesman are
I have a 2012 Hyundai Accent who has only has only ever been serviced or worked on my this dealership specifically. In 2014 my battery died so I had them replace it with the recommended interstate battery. 2 months later the battery was dead again. I have gone through 7 batteries in the last two years. I have repeatedly asked them to look into a further issue but they keep saying everything else is fine. I contacted the interstate company themselves and they say my car requires a 121r type battery yet the dealership keeps putting in a 26 battery.... a battery made for a PT cruiser they stopped making 5 years ago. I brought this to the attention of the service department and they said no the battery the put in is fine. They told me I need to be driving the car a minimum of 2 times per week and more than 30 miles. (Guess I'm never going on vacation again). This is absolutely insane. I called the dealership again saying I was not satisfied with this answer and they promised an email to me within two days with a further proposal. This was over a week ago. It appears to me that the dealership cannot even fix their own vehicles. Most likely will trade in the car fore a more reliable one with a service center than knows how to fix their own product. Have never been so dissatisfied by a service center. If you want your car actually fixed don't bring it here!
If I could make it negative I would. Biggest mistake I could make was buying from them. Got a used car, they swore up and down it's been throughly looked at and maintained before hand. Pretty much peer pressured me into getting it (first time buying a car, jumped into it) couple months later it brakes down and they don't wanna help me, I'm stranded having to call off of work cause I have no way to go. Then they brake my key and say it was like that when they got it (total BS). So I stopped trying with them. Took my car in today at another dealership to try getting out of it, come to find out it's been in an accident which THEY DID NOT tell me about cause I surely wouldn't have got it if they did have!!! I HIGHLY I mean HIGHLY recommend staying away from here. Cause now I'm stuck trying to figure what to do.
