Runway needs some work and the fees are higher than most, but coming here feels like an adventure. Super awesome views, and the airport restaurant is really pretty good!

Runway in poor condition and not recommended for airplanes with wheel pants. Service is poor. The high landing fee is ridiculous considering the poor quality of the airport. An overnight fee for a place without tie downs is absurd. Was probably nice in the distant past. Today it isn't worth it. Avoid.

Tried it for a NON traditional Thanksgiving in 2016! Absolutely fantastic! A 2.5 hour hike on the Airport Loop Trail followed by Bison Burgers & Tacos at the DC3 Gifts & Grill Cafe Restaurant. Superb & 'dee lee si oso'.
