Cassileth Plastic Surgery is the best of best. After having a bad experience with the chief of plastic surgery at a top hospital in Boston, Dr Kelly Killeen fixed my bad breast implants. She is a true artist, able to combine state-of-the-art techniques to achieve a goal I thought unattainable. She is not only a wonderful surgeon, but a compassionate and responsive one. What’s more my recovery was practically pain-free. You could hope for no better surgeon than Dr. Kelly Killeen

Dr Kileen is wonderful. She did a beautiful fat transfer breast augmentation for me last year. I am so happy with the results. She took time to really listen and support me through the whole experience before and after the surgery. I highly recommend her for her knowledge skill and dedication.

I went to see Dr. Killeen for a Scarless Breast Reduction consultation and she refused to answer any questions about it telling me nothing was completely unprofessional and only pushed the most expensive option that cuts you up and is major surgery which I told to them several times I did not want. I told the office manger Jade several times on the phone what I would come in for a consultation for. She also refused to answer my questions aboot the scarless procedure that I came there for and told me I will never get consistent opinions from anyone in order to make a well informed decision. Dr Killeen refused to answer any and was so unprofessional her behavior was ridiculous. Then she never came back into the room and they proceeded to charge me 250 for nothing. I was walking to my car and someone passing me by told me they may have hidden cameras while I had my clothes off. I also took a 3D image that she had me take for no reason and I have not been able to get confirmation that it was deleted and not shared with anyone. It's criminal to charge people to be treated in this manner and this woman is supposed to be a top plastic surgeon. How is that possible if I came to see her for a professional consultation and she wouldn't even answer my questions in any manner whatsoever???? And treats you like an idiot.

After a year of contemplating, researching and having over 5 consults I finally decided to get a breast augmentation last October 2016 with Dr. Killeen. I was very nervous leading up to the day of surgery. Dr. Kileen and her staff has been exceptional. Jade the office manager was attentive and always answered my questions. I have to say I am a very neurotic patient and need a lot of handholding when it comes to surgery. Dr. Kileen is an excellent surgeon and she assured me that would give me natural looking breast with the volume I was looking for. I went from 32b to 32 d. I am 3 months out from surgery and all my friends say I look great. I am glad I finally did it. .

I recently had surgery with Dr Killeen and her AMAZING office and surgical team. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel completely comfortable and safe. Dr Killeen is especially sweet, calming and considerate and made sure to review all my concerns as many times as I needed to (which was a lot because I can quite repetitive when I am nervous) but she was always so patient and made me feel completely confident so that the day of surgery I had no second thoughts! It's been about a month since I had surgery and even though I knew I was completely satisfied even the day after surgery, the quick recovery and amazing results that get better by the day are why I'm writing this review! But mostly to say Dr Killeen and her team are the ONLY doctors I would ever recommend and trust- they make you feel like family there! Worth every penny to make you feel 100% confident and comfortable

They will not only inform you of all aspects of your desired procedure but literally and figuratively hold your hand every step of the way. You can not make a better choice. You will be amazed at your results.
