They were able to diagnose and repair our gas oven range quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend. Would not hesitate to use them again!

Very professional, Sergio did a great job in repairing the washing machine, replacing the drain pump. He was clear as to the problem and the options available… replacing the unit was the least cost effective.

We use these guys all the time for our rental unit. Very quick to respond and communicate well. I feel the prices they charge are fair and their techs are knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

The ceiling in my garage sprung a bad leak, damage and origin was unknown to me. It looked like I might need a new ceiling. I called Carter Services and they dispatched Ben in a very timely fashion. He was kind, professional and courteous. After his assessment, he discovered and repaired what could have been a disastrous situation. A burst pipe was the culprit. The price was quite reasonable, he was very tidy and my water supply is now back to normal. I highly recommend Carter Services and give Ben a 10 out of 10 on a job well done. Thanks for bringing water back into my home.

Professional and so helpful, Carlos replaced the light-switch and also the high ceiling bulbs. He gave me advice on what type of bulbs I should be using on a different unit- that kept expiring early.. Really nice guy.
