Did an ok job on my tattoo. It ended up fading really bad and the manager was very rude to me bc i had a baby with me. But my tattoo artist was very friendly and helpful.

I received some coupons for this establishment from a friend who had won them at a raffle. He knew for mothers day my husband wanted to get me a tattoo that I had been designing for a while. So on mother's day I went in. I was told that they wouldn't be able to get me in that day because two of their artists were gone but to come back Thursday and they would set me up an appointment. I let him know when my coupons expired and they assured me they would get me in before then. So I went in on Thursday and the same guy says he will do my tattoo and tells me to take his card and send him an email with the design, even though I have the design with me. So I scanned the tattoo and sent it to him about an hour later. That was ten days ago. My coupon expires tomorrow. I've been to the shop twice and send my telephone number to them as well. I don't think a customer should have to beg for a tattoo. I think I'll just take my business elsewhere.

Carters inc,, is top notch at what they do bottom line They take their time and really brainstorm on what you actually want to make your tattoo as realistic as possible If you looking for a great spot to get some art done don't hesitate and stop by carters they'll work with you for sure.. And if your a soldier they come up with some awesome ideas for sure Prices will beat any locations in the area

I got a small chest piece at Carter Ink, & the quality & pride Carter & his team put into their work is incredible. I haven't seen one bad tattoo come out of this shop, but several tattoos have been saved! Carter has just the right amount of sarcastic, smart ass attitude to make you laugh, & also make you think you're about to get a dick tattooed on your body. Overall, the team members are very friendly & produce some seriously badass art on people. They do their best to give you exactly what you ask for, & will let you know if it will be great, or look like garbage; despite their talent. If they don't think it'll look good, they let you know, but they strive to make everyone happy. The prices are definitely spot on for the work & effort being done!!
The location is also great & easy to find.
If you want a memorable tattoo experience & a piece that you'll get compliments on pretty much the rest of your life, Carter & his team are your people!!

It's been a year since I got ink done at Carter's, by Carter himself. At first appearance everything seemed alright. I asked for "Photo Realistic" Feathers. I was very specific as in my Native American Heritage, each Feather has specific meanings. I had to bring in or send the pictures of the types I wanted. not a problem. I already had some "Quill Bead Bands" and one Feather on my right arm, which he went over and added Red and Blue, he seemed frustrated about the other feathers, took a cigarette break, first of many, then came back to continue.
We had agreed that I wanted another row of quill beads and the leather band completed around my arm, he again became agitated and began to work as quickly as he could to be done, and didn't even change the shader needle back to a liner needle, so it looks like a kid did it with a crayon. Carter told me that we were done for the day, but, he would put more detail and under shading in next visit. (This never happened), I had to get it done by another shop, and pay for what was supposed to be paid for already. Carter did three Feathers on my left arm at the next session. He again needed a picture, I guess to trace, he went over another existing tattoo, and at my request made it look like Turquoise Stone, which turned out rather nice, but complained again when we were to complete the band around my arm. He said you probably won't take the pain, I did, it didn't feel great but I took it. In my overall opinion, all of the work was rushed, the lines are wobbly, some are even blown out. The color is already faded and it's only been a year. I am now going to another shop that CAN DO Photo Realism. One thing that I thought was strange, is that I was left ALONE, in the chair while he went out to smoke and talk on his cell phone. his equipment and Ink bottles, etc. all out in the open.
He later accused me of touching over 100 of his machines, which I never even saw, while he was out on one of his smoke breaks. I am a 22 plus year Army Veteran, Senior NCO, with multiple Combat Deployments, and was later a Georgia State Post Certified Corrections Police Officer. My Brother has been Tattooing for over 30 years and I don't touch his Machines, except when he taught me to Tattoo. His Inks are out in the open, so if anybody sneezed, all of his bottles would be contaminated. Not a good experience at all.
