  Been doing business with them for over 20 yrs now. Great selection, great staff and the few times that they didn't have what I wanted, they ordered it and had it in my hands in a timely manner. As long as they are open, I will keep going.

  Great place to shop for workboots, after going to (2) redwing stores and other shoe stores, i found nothing in my size or style. So after just 5 mins in the store, i was sold. And most of that time was when the worker went in the back to actually grab the boots for me. I will be coming back to this store.

  Me and my husband took our grand daughter and grandson to get a pair of boots for their birthday. We have been going to Carol's for years, anytime we need a pair of boots for ourselves and our children. Very good selection, good prices and excellent customer service as always! Of course we found a few more things for ourselves and them while we were there 🐎

  I have been shopping Carroll ' s for years. I love the atmosphere and you can't find friendlier and a more familial environment anywhere. They DO stand behind their products and go out of their way to make sure you are totally satisfied. I will shop there for the rest of my life and my kids will shop there for the rest of theirs.
