My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Rick and Carpets Direct. Rick helped us pick a carpet that suited our needs, worked with our budget to make sure we were comfortable without sacrificing quality, and made himself available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. The installers did a FANTASTIC job as well, leaving the house so clean that you’d never know they were there (other than the new carpet :)) Would highly recommend!

Very very impressed with Carpets Direct!! I loved that Rick, the owner, was very active in the entire process and the installers were very concerned with doing the job right, even down to the smallest details. What contractors/installers start work a week earlier than estimated, begin their day at 7:30, and pack their lunches to use their time the most wisely?! No hesitations about recommending Carpets Direct.

We had carpet and hardwood floors installed thru carpets direct, Ricks crew did a phenomenal job and the craftsmanship was top notch. Our experience with carpets direct was great. Rick will go the extra mile to make sure that you are completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Rick and carpets direct.

Rick - Thank you and your crew for another excellent installation of flooring, backsplash, and shower tile! The minor issues were dealt with immediately and resolved professionally. As we've said before, flooring is a crucial part of home decor and helps put the finishing touch on a remodel or new build and we appreciate you and your installer's pride in their craft! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my flooring needs!

It was a great experience to work with Rick from Carpets Direct to replace all the carpet within my house. I price shopped around, and Rick by far provided the best deal for high quality carpet. Also, the installers were very professional, on time, and provided a high quality of workmanship! If you are in the Findlay Area, I would recommend Carpets Direct!

Working with Carpets Direct was a pleasure. Had carpet installed in our nursery and it looks amazing. Install was fast and professional and working with Rick was great. Rick is very hands on and even came to our house to do the measurements himself. I will definitely be doing more business with Carpets Direct in the future!

We have wanted to replace our carpeting ever since we moved in to our log home. After some friends suggestions and web searching, we went to Direct Carpets. We met with Rick and explained what we were looking for, i.e., to colors and pets and a few other things. Rick explained the options and made some recommendations. After a few days of taking samples home to check them out, we made our choice. The installers just departed and we are THILLED with, not only the quality of the carpet, but the fairness of price and the expert installation. We HIGHLY recommend Carpets Direct for your flooring needs.

We recently had about 700 ft of carpet replaced with beautiful hardwood by Rick and his crew. Top notch flooring business, very clean and precise work. Having five children running around when the floors are being replaced is a little challenging but, these guys made it easy. Highly recommend their work to anyone interested in getting new flooring put in. Thanks again for the positive experience!

The last experience we had getting carpet was, to say the least, traumatizing. They did a horrible job on steps, ruined the baseboards, and just not what we were expecting. We were very hesitant and nervous to go through that experience again. BUT.RICK WAS AMAZING!! He takes the time to get to know you. He does not push to make a sale. He listens to what you want and then shows you what he has. He came to the house with samples, we brought more samples home, we asked tons of questions (all dealing with pets and crush resistance) and he was able to answer them all. He was able to meet our needs. The carpet install was flawless! Baseboards look great, no seams can be seen and the steps Capstone steps are so beautiful! Love the carpet!! Now we want to do the kitchen! Thanks RICK and your crew!!!
