Very helpful on the phone. I needed to replace the pieces inside my dining room table. They said it could be a week, but it was just a couple of working days. The price was good. We picked up the pieces and headed home. One piece was a tad too big. They quickly had it fixed for us. Friendly staff.

Worse experience I've ever had with a local vender. Staff was confused from the very beginning with my needs, not as if they even expressed any concerns for them. Very simple request to order and fix a window at my home in an expedited manner, yet I'm still waiting for my product to be installed. My glass has sit in their inventory waiting for the installation to be scheduled although it has been a month and yet I still wait. I've asked myself why the long wait and it has been perfectly clear that my request for this project to be expedited was just too much for this company to accomplish for this customer, I wish this experience was a better one, next time I need expedited service I will go else where! Thank you, Martin Richmond of Findlay, Ohio.
