  Tom was amazing and our large Karastan carpet has never looked so good. The colors are more vibrant. They also made some minor repairs on the edges and upon delivery Tom helped my husband move the furniture to install it. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

  I used Carpet Cleaning Bros to clean a family heirloom oriental rug that had definitely seen better days. This rug is really special to me as I am the third generation of my family to have it in their home, with the first generation being my great aunt who brought it home from her travels. It was used in my family room as a child so it had a lot of stains from paint spills and messy children and animals.
  
  To my knowledge, this rug had never been professionally cleaned. I needed it cleaned by someone I could trust. After reading reviews and texting with Carpet Cleaning Bros, I felt good asking them to take care of my rug.
  
  Thomas picked up my area rug promptly and had it clean sooner than I expected. He was super flexible with returning my rug and worked with me to accommodate my schedule. He was pleasant to talk with and did an amazing job. I will definitely use this company again.

  I messaged the Carpet Cleaning Bros and they immediately got back to me and scheduled for the next day, which was perfect timing. They were on time and came and did a great job! Our cleaner was great at communicating what our carpets needed and even gifted a bottle of their cleaning solution. I will absolutely be using them again! I highly recommend!

  I thought these carpets were a lost cause but I can't afford to replace them so I opted for cleaning. They cleaned up beautifully! Everyone from the person answering the phones to the carpet cleaners were so friendly. I will definitely use them again.

  They are the GOLD STANDARD in carpet cleaners. Derrick explained what he'd be doing.
  He was professional, and very personable . My carpets looked new. I just put my house up
  for sale I needed same day service, and they were able to do it that day. They really want
  the customer to be satisfied with. their work.
