The seats are very comfortable here. We purchased tickets online and had them scan the code on our phones so we were able to breeze past the Friday night crowds. I also loved that they have the new Coke fountains and refills are free!

This is a pretty good theatre overall. We went to the 9:55pm movie and it was freezing cold in the theatre! I told an attendant, but I couldn't tell a difference. Cold theatres are the normbut it was super cold and like 25 degrees outside! I kept my leather jacket and scarf on for the entire movie.

Ordered eight tickets online and instructions were very clear on how to proceed. Part of our party could not arrive at the theater at the beginning. They were very accommodating and just told us that they could use my name when they arrived. It all went very smoothly and we were very appreciative. Very good experience.

Theater is spacious, prices are on par with what you'd expect. Staff is nice albeit a little disinterested (can't fault them), but still helpful. The real trick to the place is of course hitting up matinees and off-peak showtimes to maximize comfort and money. We managed to hit an off-peak time and have an entire theater to ourselves, which was great on its own.

Great deals. Good selection of movies. One of the only theaters in Chattanooga with some late show times throughout the week. Close down concessions minutes after last showing though so if you’re running a tad bit late, no luck. Movies regularly start 25 minutes after showtime as well.

Really nice place and always clean. A little on the over priced side, but all in all. My 16 year old daughter loves going here .

Getting tickets to the movies is much faster & also your popcorn & Coke.
Popcorn is much, much better here also..

The movie theater was clean, staff was polite HOWEVER the movie started over half an hour late and the seats were somewhat dated so not very comfortable. The restrooms were not clean. ☹️There was urine on the floors in some of the stalls as well as paper towels on the floors near the sinks (slipping hazard.) I get that that happens but how often in a movie theater? This is not a gas station or Walmart. We came to Chattanooga for a family vacation and this theater was showing more movies than the other two that were listed. From the outside it looks somewhat promising in comparison to AMC 10. Hopefully our next trip here will be different.

Wonderful staff. Popcorn was too salty and cool. It reminded me of the days when they would empty prepopped corn out of bags, but they insist that every popcorn served was cooked that day. The picture was a bit blurry and the volume a bit low. Someone should walk into each movie as it begins instead of relying on the theatergoers.

Nice seats, the concessions were run well as was the ticket line. They are still in the growing pains of changing to new management but appear to be moving in the right direction. Still our favorite theater. Many viewing choices!

The parking lot is HUGE, no need to worry about parking. We went on a Monday night and it was almost deserted, had the place practically to ourselves, it was awesome. No lines for tickets or food, and we had our choice of seats. The seats are comfy and recline just enough. The theater and bathrooms were clean and presentable.
