Worked with Carelink Home Health for several months. Nice group of people to work with. Excellent communication by all providers. No phone calls ever went unanswered. Health care set up quickly! Great follow up too. Highly recommend. Give them a try!!!

We were fortunate to have our Mom’s initial consultation with Crystal, Care Link’s RN Educator. I have never written a Google review until now. Crystal’s level of dedication has compelled me to make a note. I cannot think of an interaction I have ever had - not only in the service industry, but anywhere ever that has impressed me as much. Her knowledge, care, manner and patience are unsurpassed in my experience. We are so fortunate to have had her visit us and Educate on every question we had.
Care Link is fortunate to have staff of this caliber, and we feel like we are in great hands with her and the rest of the Care Link team.

This was our first encounter with CareLInk Home Health after having disappointing home health care with other agencies. And we were greatly impressed with their professionalism, genuine concern, follow-through and overall care which included our nurse, Dawn, physical therapist Corvo, occupational therapist, Edward, and educator, Crystal. In addition, the office staff were so helpful and professional, especially our case manager, Jyles as well as Dave and on-call nurse, Caroline. Everyone is exceptional. I give them the highest rating and highly recommend their services.

Our account contact, Dave M. was nothing short of amazing. Even though there were a few bumps in our road, he handled them with compassion, speed, humor, and humility. I have felt very supported and listened to on top of the fact he's a caring and compassionate person to begin with. I've had issues in the past with other home health organizations but CareLink is the only place I'd recommend. Our PT, Angelica, was proactive and texted me directly with updates and questions and she is just the sweetest person I've met. The sheer knowledge my questions don't fall into the abyss makes dealing with our situation that much easier to handle. Thank you CareLink team!!!
