I was told my that my headstone would be set in two weeks after final payment this Thursday makes 2 weeks I emailed Carbone and was told that the guy just "POPS UP" and they didn't know when it would be ready this is not an exceptable response

Carbone Memorials, Inc. has been around for 'several' years, and seems to have a wide variety of memorials to choose from (not sure about the price factor yet, but plan on checking it out). Would be nice if they had their own website by now, and perhaps fixing up the side of their building (the part that the public sees the most from the buses and trains) wouldn't be so bad either. Besides these minor glitches, I get the feeling they're thorough at what they do, or they would have been long gone by now.
