I don't like this car dealer, I like one vehicle I talk to sales person he says he will delivery Monday but vehicle is sold Saturday. When i call sales person does not know where is vehicle what kind of feature vehicle has. vehicle is sold or not they don't know any things we do not get any correct information about vehicle.i will give -5 star need more professional customer service. I will not suggest to go this dealership. Thank you

I had to replace a Turbo due to leaking oil and heavy smoke coming from the engine and tail pipes. I had set a budget to replace the Turbo or by a new car due to the fact the car was an older model Mini Cooper. Harvey the. Repair Manager after investigation informed me that instead of replacing the Turbo he just needed to replace the bolts and fix an hose. He could have charge me for a full Turbo replacement but his honesty saved me thousands of dollars that the Mini Cooper dealer said I had to pay.

I also had to replace a tire in rim and when he was checking the Turbo out he noted that the oil level was 3 quarts oil over the required level. He changed the oil and filter in put the required amount in. The oil was changed a week before seeing him at a well know oil change dealer. I couple days after seeing that dealing the problems of smoke in engine troubles started. The honesty of this repair services saved me thousand of dollars and worry. I will never take my car anywhere else but here. The whole bill was under $800.00. Please note I had many car repairs with years of driving if you are in the Baltimore area or have been told that you car needs a major repair see them for an second opinion before you comment.

100 STARS! I am SO happy with my experience with Carbiz Baltimore! I had an INCREDIBLE salesman, Javier! He was SO kind, so helpful, and made the entire car buying process so easy! I bought a Used Tesla, and didn’t have time to go look at the car, so he answered all of my questions over the phone, even took a few videos I requested of specific features on the car so I could make sure everything was in working order. He was honest and clear, and delivered my car right to my home! After having a terrible experience with Imperial Highline in Vienna, VA(never go there !!), Javier was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Javier, for making the whole process so great and for making the paperwork process quick and easy!

Great no pressure place to buy. After buying my first car at Carbiz, they were the only place I wanted to go to get my second car. I have bought both from Carbiz and couldn't be happier with the service and the simplicity of the process. There is never any pressure to buy, but if you do decide to buy they make it so easy, you won't spend hours waiting for finance or running different scenarios. The finance and sales team work close together to give you the scenarios you ask for and prepare you to buy your new car. During both my car buying experiences I think I spent less than an hour in the dealership and everything was prepped for me. I would highly recommend that if they have a car in stock you are interested in using this dealership. You will be amazed at how easy the process is and it makes buying a car enjoyable.

Both times I have bought a car my salesperson (Sam, highly recommended) point out the strengths and weaknesses of the car. They also explain the package that the used car has and how that compares to other options. I appreciate that the staff recognizes and takes into consideration your time and availability.

They took the time to listen, help us find something that we liked, and worked with us to set a payment plan we can handle. There was no pressure or pushy sales people, and Tim was very patient dealing with us. The atmosphere of the dealership is very comfortable with arcade games and ping pong to keep you entertained while waiting on paperwork. I am happy with my new car. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Carbiz to anyone.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The building was clean and comfortable, and had 2 arcade style video games to entertain younger guests. The purchase process was smooth and efficient start to finish. I would definitely buy from this company again. I worked with Dani Miller and she was excellent.

Great experience! Katie was our sales person and she did an amazing job. This was the first car buying experience I've had that hasn't left me feeling stressed out. The have a ridiculously nice dealership (both building and staff), and their customer service is fantastic. I'll definitely be back for future purchases.

Best car buying experience I have ever been through in my 40-ish years of dealing with dealers!

Javier was relaxed but focused on finding us the best car for us. A truly enjoyable afternoon much to my surprise. He was patient, attentive and we felt no pressure whatsoever.

We came away with a car we both love and have no complaints, not even minor irritations about the vehicle. It is in perfect condition and a joy to drive.

I purchased a used Honda Accord from Carbiz with Dani. This is my first car purchase ever and it was the best experience. Dani was very patient and assisted me with all the paper work and insurance needed. I test drove the car she was very honest with every detail. I would definitely recommend Carbiz to everyone, their cars are genuine quality the car i purchased had no issues everything checked out 100%. Wonderful atmosphere, great people, competitive prices! Sam was awesome and I brought my Mom to see him for a car the day after buying mine. This is a no pressure, friendly place that shows they care about getting you the vehicle that is right for you. As Sam says, " You aren't buying a t-shirt, you're buying a car"! I almost can't wait to buy my next one.

How all car dealerships should operate.

Bought my car from Carbiz recently and was extremely satisfied. I went to a lot of places and checked out reviews from about 10 other dealerships in Baltimore. The prices from Carbiz were the best and they have an incredible amount of positive reviews on Google Places and other reputable sites. The low rating on Yelp was the only site where they have sub-par ratings. But after reading through the negative ones, I realized that most of them weren't from actual consumers or had complaints about trivial things. One was an issue with being told different pricing than when they actually decided to make the purchase. That was not the case for me at all. The price was the same online as it was when I signed. The no haggle pricing makes things really simple. If you can afford the price, great. If not, find something else that's in your price range. It's really that simple.

We test drove several cars before I ended up pulling the trigger on an Acura. The price was the best I could find in Baltimore. I worked with Sam and he was extremely friendly and accommodating. Didn't hassle or pressure me at all. Very knowledgeable about each car I looked at and had an answer for all of my questions. I didn't make a purchase after my first visit and wasn't pressured to make a deal that day. When I decided to move forward, most of the work was already done when I got to the dealership and I was in and out in under an hour.

The inside is very clean and everyone else I dealt with was friendly. I also liked that the dealers have been with the company for a while. Sam for more than 4 years and the other person I spoke with has been there for 13.

My husband found the car we were interested in online and when we arrived, it was there for us to test drive without any hassle or pressure. Sam was friendly and easy-going. He answered all of our questions without any sense that we were being pushed or pressed into anything. Everyone that we interacted with at Carbiz was friendly and committed to making the experience a pleasant one. Car sales people are often viewed in a negative light. After coming here, you will likely have a much more favorable opinion.

Sam, Katie, and Matt made buying my first car a very comfortable and peaceful experience for me! My car had seen it's final days so I knew that I had to find a new one. I set up a few test drives and Carbiz was my first one. I left there the first day loving the car and knowing that I'd most likely get this one but I wanted to make sure I had seen what I need to see. Sam made me feel comfortable leaving the first day without pressure and not feeling like I'd be rushed into anything. After finishing my rounds, I knew that Carbiz was much different than other dealers. Other dealers tried to put me on the spot and cut me deals right away but Sam and the team knew I needed to think about it. So I was much more confident going back and starting the process! They really worked with me to get me the best deal I could afford and again allowed me to make decisions without pressure. Matt made the financial side of things easy to understand and he patiently answered my questions.

It suffices to say, I am very happy with my purchase and with their follow up and customer service. I would buy from them again.
