  I had a very bad spill and it was closing time, went to three different car wash places and was refused service. Spoke to Byron the assistant manager, and John the manager of car spa and they went above and beyond to get the interiors of my car shampooed. Thank you so much Byron And John, you have a customer for life!

  Let me start by saying i have been coming to this location for years. This location has really gone done in service and experience. I get my oil changed and car wash here for multiple times during the years. Policy has changed and the experience is very confusing and inconvenient. I use to be able to drop my car and the oil change and pick up at the end of the wash. Now you have to keep hoping in and out of your car, no one is staffed at the front counter. I'm sure these are cost saving measures as they want you to move the cars around, but they still charge the same rate. Before you know it you will have to change your own oil and doing your own full service wash for the same cost. Shout out to the service staff as they are always great! But management and way the whole company is ran is going down hill!

  It's a very friendly environment! Every time I come to get a wash the workers do an immaculate job at getting everything clean. Sonny is amazing! It's so refreshing to have someone as helpful as him around.

  This one of the BEST car spa's I've ever been to. The staff was very helpful, and kind. My car was detailed immaculately, and the polish from the wax looks amazing. I was so impressed by the way the manager John was quick to pick up a rag and start helping to finish my car up So I could get on with my day. I will only come this this carwash from now on.

  I am giving a 4 star rating because the first time I came my experience was fantastic! I believe I paid for the silver package that includes the coating for rain. The service was quick and the inside and outside of my car including tire cleaning exceeded my expectations. Today, when I arrived, the young lady was helpful in explaining their services as well as one of the men that let me know I will be parking my car for the interior to be cleaned. The rest of the people, as my daughter said appeared aggressive and had facial expressions that were unpleasant. For example, after I came out of the bay I did not know where to go as there was not anyone to direct me. A man appeared from nowhere using a rag with a mean look on his face to come toward him. As I entered my vehicle I said thank you. Not one of them acknowledged it nor said thank you for your business. I want to chalk it up to a long day and it is New Years Eve. The reason I may come back is because my vehicle smelled of fresh soap and I am satisfied with the cleaning including my tires. I did not come based on one's personality but how well they do what I pay for.
  
  TIP: It may help though if they improve customer relations. Finally, spot checking the bathrooms would be helpful too as the toilet seats have not been tended too.
