I send an interest email to them and receive a response within the same day. I asked several questions reguarding the vehicle which were swiftly answered. There was damage on the vehicle that was told to me before I flew in from out of state. When I arrived I was allowed to fully inspect the vehicle. The car drove like a dream; however, a bit too much cosmetic flaws for me. The car will be a great car for someone who isn't as picky as me. I appreciate the constant contact from staff and welcoming when I arrived. Unfortunately, a deal was not completed during my trip.
Car Depot specializes in selling cars with salvage titles so we knew what we signed up for buying a car from these guys. They told us the 2017 Jeep only had body damage on one side but otherwise was in perfect shape. We had it checked out by Larry H Miller jeep who told us it was in good shape. We bought it and found out the gas tank had been drilled out by someone stealing gas so it leaked everytime we put gas in the vehicle. All 4 windows leak badly and the cherry on top is that the jeep does not start intermittently, so once every 2-3 days it just won’t start. Have called and texted car depot was told to bring it to their mechanic only to have Nate refuse to authorize the repairs.
Know what and who you are dealing with when you buy a car from Car Depot.
Nate is a pretty cool dude! He was easy to work with and really helped me understand the car i was buying. It was really clean and had a small ding in it which he happily fixed for me. He has tons of cool cars and when i get bored of the Corvette i bought from him I will be back again! Great dealership! great service! Thank you!!!
I really like this place they gave me a good deal I do recommend them
This guy Nathan Durbano is a piece of work. I questioned his price on a rebuilt co-part junk sale and recieved a salty and highly personal email back saying i cant afford it when the scam artist knows nothing about me. Then proceeded to be completely unprofessional and go as far as to generalize anyone that makes a lower offer as "low ballers that cant afford exotics and live on the hills like him" I would not take my business to a fraud salesman like him who can even answer a question about a rebuilt title. Scam, buyer beware
