I booked Captain’s Car Service for some rides on our wedding day. An SUV to take the groom and groomsmen to the church and a sedan to pick us up from the reception. Kirk was wonderful. He was punctual and wonderful to chat with on the ride. The vehicles were so clean and the little extras were great! And the rates for the services were fantastic. I highly recommend. Thank you, Kirk, for making this one less thing I had to worry about on my wedding day!

Our experience with Captains Car Service was outstanding. Very professional, prompt, clean and polite. They showed great respect for our 99 year old WWII veteran who we had retained the limo for a tribute dinner. Would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone.

Every time I need to fly in to Cleveland I always use Captains.The owner Kirk is a great guy to deal with. After dealing with many other companies I can confidently say Captains is the best. Always looking proffessional even if it is a 4 AM pick up. I suggest everyone use Kirk for all your transportation needs.

I was looking for a one way ride and stumbled upon Captains amongst many other companies I called and quotes I received. Kirk asnwered the phone promptly and was beyond helpful and quick with a quote. Unlike several other services I called with rude staff and requests to call me back with a quote, Captains was a breeze. Upon booking he offered coffee or water available in the carsince it was a 9am pick up. I unfortunatley had to cancel only minutes after I booked with Kirk. he was kind and understanding and did not charge me the cancellation fee since I had contacted him so quickly. If I am ever in need of transportation in Cleveland this is the guy I am gonna call.
