Its really too bad that all those great antiques are put in a building run by such a crotchety old man. Very poor customer survice. Told us we could buy something from a booth because it didn’t have a price on it and refused to call the vender because the were “too busy” when we were the only ones in the store. We will not be returning.

Awful place, extremely rude man that works there. Online said closed at 5:00 and at 4:00 he started to turn the lights off. I was going to buy an expensive item but walked out at 4:05. Friend left her keys inside and we thought he wouldn’t let us back in.

My husband and I walked into the antique mall and started shopping after a few minutes I had to use the bathroom and asked for the bathroom key..after my husband and i went to the bathroom we started shopping again when the elderly man rudely snapped " you can't have that bag in here".you have to leave it up front my husband said its my wife's purse "I don't care you can't have it in here"now my husband is 64 years old I'm a 53 years oldnot exactly teenagers..I looked around and every older women the store had a purse.take your business else where..and your moneyand leave this dusty old shop man to his empty antique storerude old fart.

Very large place however costumer service was nonexistent. We wanted to purchase items but couldn't due to the credit card machine being down. The man working the Register was very rude. Also, the atmosphere was blah & half the lighting in the building was either broken or not turned on. We won't be back.

First, let me be up front. I was primarily a Dealer at this mall but was also a customer. Left as a Dealer and customer due to the rude customer service that is provided. Examples: the man that works there was often heard being loud rude to people. Restroom was hardly ever cleaned and they are too cheap to even buy a paper towel holder. Oh yeah, if you wish to use the restroom you have to risk being grumbled at while asking for a key.
Less than accurate or possibly dishonest accounting practices. For our last months pay we were shorted $25.18 and did not receive our deposit of $150.00. My wife was grumbled at "Any questions, call my sister".
We've searched for other reviews about this mall and the only good review is written by a known family member of the owner.
Have they got a nice variety of items, Yes. Are they friendly and accommodating, NO!

I was treated very rudely by the owners or whoever was running the front check out. I had an un-priced item and they acted like I was trying to make some kind of switch on them. They would not call the dealer to get a price so I was stuck. We traveled 3 hours to get there and I had to leave my treasure behind. Not very friendly and very poor customer service. We love to go antiquing but I will think twice before going back.

This place in awesome! cheap prices, great people, and good quality Antiques. Great staff, very helpful, and go out of there way top assist you. If ya want to feel at home, come to Capital Antiques large selection of furniture, glassware, military surplus, coins, jewelry, even phonographs!!! WOW AMAZING PLACE!
